Partner of the Year: DEG

  • With 25 certifications, a growing cross-cloud practice, and big customer wins over the past year including Orvis, GoPro, Hallmark and Cabelas, DEG, a digital marketing agency, is an active leader in the Salesforce Partner Community.

Most Innovative Solution: Accenture with Merck Animal Health

  • Accenture helped Merck Animal Health pivot to a digital multi-channel marketing model, enabling consistent communication to 85,000 veterinarians across multiple channels and timelines in twelve countries. Accenture designed and built an integrated solution that includes Marketing Cloud, Veeva SFA, Community Cloud, Veeva Network, On24 and other custom components. Over the past two years, the customer executed more than 900 email campaigns; on average, email open rates improved by 75% and click-through rates doubled.

Best Customer Success Story: Precision Dialogue with Midas

  • To provide Midas dealers at 1,250 franchises with a cost-effective means for delivering consistent Midas brand communications and better customer experience, Precision Dialogue created a custom web application that works seamlessly within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Since the roll-out for this program, nearly one million messages have been sent on behalf of the Midas dealers with an average daily open rate of 32% with a 4.9% conversion rate. This translates to an estimated incremental ROI of 457%.

Best 1-to-1 Customer Journey: Deloitte Digital with AB InBev

  • Deloitte Digital worked with AB InBev to deliver a customer journey transformation using Marketing Cloud across 10 countries and 12 brands. By integrating ABI’s Salesforce Service Cloud with the Marketing Cloud, they were able to improve ABI’s content management system, gain access to real-time insight into campaign performance, while increasing transparency across their customer database.

Best Cross-Cloud Solution: Magnet360 with Purina

  • In collaboration with Magnet360, Purina brought multi-channel marketing in-house to create a streamlined sales and marketing automation solution inclusive of Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Pardot. With this multi-cloud Salesforce solution, and an 80% internal adoption rate, Purina is able to build robust customer profiles that enable marketing to deliver 1:1 customer journeys while also allowing sales to work more effectively.
