In 2016, we launched Field Service Lightning (FSL) on the Salesforce platform, extending our leading customer service capabilities into the field. Today we are thrilled that with our first application to the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Field Service Management, Salesforce earned the impressive position as a Challenger. Software vendors are positioned in the Gartner Magic Quadrant based on completeness of vision and ability to execute. We believe that our placement as a Challenger within the first year of launching FSL is due to our intuitive design, highly extensible platform, intelligent scheduling and optimization capabilities, and, most importantly, our focus on customer success.

And while we've recently announced groundbreaking features such as Einstein Vision, which harnesses the power of artificial intelligence to bring image recognition to field service, we're not stopping there.
