We also got to inspire them with amazing speakers, answer their questions, and help them blaze bigger trails with Salesforce. We hope you had the chance to join us this year. We launched the new Salesforce Success Cloud in a big way with our first ever keynote. We heard from Maria Martinez, customer Trailblazers LVMH and Toyota Financial Services, and had a surprise appearance by Luis Fonsi to help us raise money for Puerto Rico’s relief efforts.

We love interacting with our customers more than anything. At the Campground, we gave more than 50 theater sessions and had over 500 consultations. From adoption to productivity and Journeys to Cloud specific advice, trailblazers from all industries walked away with some valuable tips and tricks to make their companies even more successful.
Attendees gained valuable insights in sessions like “Drive Metrics using Reports and Dashboards” and “Prepare for Your Lightning Transition: Strategies for Success.”
Over 8,000 Salesforce trailblazers from all over the country joined Circles of Success — interactive group clinics focused on topics ranging from getting started to adoption. Our experts shared best practices, practical advice, and pro-tips to help customers become trailblazers in their industries.

With over 50 breakouts, 5 unique rotating theater sessions, 25 customer-lead breakouts, and 20 Ask-an-Architect events, we showed attendees how to find their paths to success and get the most out of Salesforce.

After 10+ years of loyalty, our KOA customer trailblazers deserved to be recognized. These customers kicked off Dreamforce with KOA awards, got VIP seats at our keynote, and celebrated at our Wednesday night gala with special guests Billie Lourd and Mark Hamill.
