It all starts with Sales Cadences, which enable sales managers to build their own best practices into Salesforce, creating customized, pre-built activity sequences to help guide new and veteran inside sales reps through the prospecting process. Those Sales Cadences then populate a rep’s Work Queue, a prioritized task list inside the Lightning Sales Console. That way, a rep knows exactly what next step to take with which customer, in order to build the strongest pipeline. And with email templates and Lightning Dialer (the native Salesforce click-to-call solution), sales reps can send an email or place a call with a single click. With High Velocity Sales, every next step is just a few simple clicks away, with no time wasted.
