4 Reasons Administrators Should be Excited for Dreamforce

Every year we hear from administrators, “I didn’t realize what was possible within Salesforce before coming to Dreamforce.”  This year is no different.  In fact, this year you will realize that the possibilities are endless.

As the Dreamforce Agenda Builder goes live on October 10th, we want to make sure you are prepared to sign up for your favorite, and most important, sessions and clinics.  If you haven’t registered yet, do it now.  Check out some of the top areas for admins at Dreamforce:

1.   More sessions than ever before

23_Radiant_Birthday_80th_18_Inch_Foil_BalloonAdmins always have one of the biggest tracks at Dreamforce, and this year we will have over 80 sessions designed to make administrators more successful. Plus, you will not be attending these sessions alone. Last year there were over 40,000 seats booked in admin sessions. There will be both 30- and 60-minute sessions on topics including analytics, declaratives, mobile, careers as admin, multi-org functionality, the sandbox and data—for all levels of admin.

2. Success is the name of the game

Dreamforce is about giving you the tools to be more successful.  Success Clinics are back on the 3rd Success clinics floor of the Hilton and are better than ever.  These clinics are of huge value for admins.  These 30-minute sessions are your chance to get one-on-one with members of the salesforce.com success team.  Themes of these clinics will include configuration, reports and dashboards, data management, collaboration, sales-support-marketing and implementation success; focusing on best practices and technical advice.  Last year, these sessions were the first to sell out when Agenda Builder went live, so this year we’ve added more of them.  We will have 20 booths and over 1,000 Success Clinics available this year.

3. Hands On, All Day, Every Day

Another one of the most popular programs at Dreamforce is the free hands-on-training sessions.  We will have 40 unique sessions with repeats scheduled based on popularity.  The mix of one hour and 2.5 hour sessions will be scheduled throughout all four days and will include content for all clouds and all roles.

4. We Listen, You Learn

1-1 clinicsWe take our customer feedback seriously. From the feedback received from Dreamforces past, we have pumped up our game for #df13.  This year we will be introducing the brand new Circles of Success, which is another opportunity to get personalized answers to your Salesforce questions. A groupof 4-6 people will join a salesforce.com moderator to work through a specific theme. The group will work together to solve the specific problem, with guidance from our own internal Salesforce product expert.  The themes include adoption, data, visionary administrators, business metrics and the Marketing Cloud.  These sessions are for everyone from SMBs all the way through Enterprise business professionals.
