Chris Gilmore

Chris is a Boston-based entrepreneur with decades of cross-functional experience building, implementing, and advising Fortune 500 companies on large-scale digital transformation initiatives. He currently serves as Chief AI Strategist for the Global Private Equity & VC Practice at Salesforce. Previously, Chris held senior solution leadership roles at Salesforce and co-founded an internal initiative that became Service Cloud Voice. Earlier in his career, he led complex service and mobility implementations across Latin America and supported oil field service operations in the Middle East.

Chris advises private equity firms and their portfolio companies on AI and agentic strategy within Salesforce, with a strong focus on sales and service automation. His work centers on helping organizations move from experimentation to scaled, operational impact. He brings deep experience in designing agentic workflows, modernizing customer operations, and aligning AI strategy to measurable business outcomes. Chris is also an active Salesforce developer advocate and AppExchange publisher, with applications used by enterprise customers globally.
