We enable our newest employees, our Futureforce, to be part of that bold innovation; the innovation that more than 150,000 customers trust to help drive results for sales, service, and marketing. The Futureforce program finds interns and new graduates from universities around the world with the beginner’s mindset to propel Salesforce innovation forward. This program includes our New Grad Success Agents who are our go-to experts in solving the most technical and complex customer issues to deliver the world-class support experience Salesforce is known for on the Customer Service Team. These agents are quick on their feet, always curious, great listeners, and — most importantly — a solution to success.
This role puts you in the front lines fresh out of college, challenging you to demonstrate problem-solving and improve the customer service business process.
