O estudo tamb\u00e9m inclui an\u00e1lises sobre as pr\u00e1ticas adotadas pelas organiza\u00e7\u00f5es de marketing de alta performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As \u00e1reas de Marketing entraram na Era do Cliente, onde os clientes t\u00eam mais informa\u00e7\u00f5es, escolhas e poder do que nunca antes. Dentre os principais resultados, 91% dos entrevistados confirmaram a prioridade de ado\u00e7\u00e3o de jornadas de clientes. Al\u00e9m disso, os temas associados \u00e0 experi\u00eancia do consumidor e satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o de clientes tamb\u00e9m s\u00e3o relevantes para os brasileiros: 87% dos entrevistados est\u00e3o participando em iniciativas de melhoria da experi\u00eancia do consumidor e 47% citaram satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o de clientes como a principal mensura\u00e7\u00e3o do sucesso em marketing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>O ROI do marketing digital est\u00e1 em ascens\u00e3o.<\/b><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Os profissionais de marketing est\u00e3o notando um aumento do retorno vindo do<a href=\"http:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/br\/marketing-cloud\/features\/email-marketing-solutions\/\" target=\"_blank\" adhocenable=\"false\" rel=\"noopener\"> email marketing<\/a>,<a href=\"http:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/br\/marketing-cloud\/features\/mobile-marketing-software\/\" target=\"_blank\" adhocenable=\"false\" rel=\"noopener\"> dispositivos m\u00f3veis<\/a> e<a href=\"http:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/br\/marketing-cloud\/features\/social-media-marketing\/\" target=\"_blank\" adhocenable=\"false\" rel=\"noopener\"> social<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre os profissionais de marketing que usam email marketing como parte de sua estrat\u00e9gia de marketing, 80% concordam que o e-mail \u00e9 fundamental para o seu neg\u00f3cio. Quase metade (49%) deles dizem que o e-mail est\u00e1 diretamente ligado \u00e0 principal fonte de receitas do seu neg\u00f3cio, representando um aumento de 140% ano-a-ano em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com o Relat\u00f3rio de 2015. Entre os entrevistados, 79% dizem que o e-mail gera <a adhocenable=\"false\" href=\"http:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/br\/crm\/roi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ROI<\/a>, com um crescimento de 48% ano-a-ano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, 75% dos profissionais de marketing que usam as m\u00eddias sociais como parte de sua estrat\u00e9gia de marketing relatam que o social est\u00e1 gerando ROI com um aumento de 166% na compara\u00e7\u00e3o anual.
