A solu\u00e7\u00e3o moderniza toda a arquitetura de TI e aprimora a qualidade do servi\u00e7o da Vivo aos seus clientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Neste projeto, a Vivo utiliza o Communications Cloud (incluindo recursos de CRM, Cat\u00e1logo Comercial, Gest\u00e3o de Ordens e CPQ) junto com&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/br\/products\/service-cloud\/overview\/\">Service Cloud<\/a>,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/br\/products\/sales-cloud\/overview\/\">Sales Cloud<\/a>&nbsp;e&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/br\/products\/experience-cloud\/overview\/\">Experience Cloud<\/a>&nbsp;para suportar a nova gera\u00e7\u00e3o de processos de vendas e atendimento a clientes em
