Additionally, by embedding Informatica's data cleansing, MDM, and governance capabilities directly into Salesforce, companies can feed AI services like Agentforce with accurate, reliable data, reducing hallucinations and delivering more trustworthy AI-driven insights.

Informatica will operate as part of Salesforce and will continue to support its existing data management solutions and partner integrations. Informatica's tools for Data Quality, Governance, and Metadata Management will be integrated across the Salesforce platform, enhancing Data 360, Agentforce 360 and MuleSoft. It provides the robust data pipeline and data cleansing tools needed to ensure data entering Data 360 or flowing through MuleSoft is trusted, clear, and actionable.
