Small businesses across Canada have been responding to the pandemic, learning how to manage their teams remotely through videoconferencing, chat and other apps, optimizing or enhancing e-commerce capabilities, and in some cases, introducing contactless payments, offering curbside pickup or other delivery options. <\/p>\n

Given their vital role to the Canadian economy, small businesses shouldn\u2019t have to do this on their own. <\/p>\n

Salesforce, is pleased to announce that we are bringing Salesforce Care Small Business Grants<\/a> to Canada through a partnership with the Canadian Chamber of Commerce<\/a> in support of its Canadian Business Resilience Network<\/a> Small Business Relief Fund. <\/p>\n

How the Small Business Relief Grants Work<\/h2>\n

We are proud to be partnering with the Canadian Chamber of Commerce to support Canada\u2019s small businesses as they work to adapt to the next normal. As Canada\u2019s largest business association, the Canadian Chamber of Commerce will manage the application process, as well as the selection and distribution of the grants. The Canadian Business Resilience Network Small Business Relief Fund<\/a> will offer 62, one-time $10,000 grants to help our entrepreneurs recover and to further boost their resilience.<\/p>\n

The grant application will be available to all Canadian businesses that employ between two to 50 employees and subject to the criteria as laid out on the Canadian Chamber of Commerce website. <\/p>\n

Applications open on June 1, 2020, close on June 12, 2020 and the successful applicants will be announced in late June or early July. For more information about eligibility criteria and how to apply, please visit the Canadian Chamber of Commerce website<\/a>.<\/p>\n
