Highlight: The percentage of women promoted and the percentage of women leaders at Salesforce grew in 2016 for the second consecutive year.

  • Doubling down on employee training with our Cultivate Equality at Work trail on Trailhead and making this training available to the public in an effort to create awareness of the value of Equality and help foster it in the workplace.
