Canada’s Demand Generation Marketing team has a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic, organized, and creative individual. Our rapidly growing team requires a results-oriented and outgoing marketer who will work closely with our Toronto- based marketing team to streamline and manage the localization of integrated campaigns and events. This individual will be instrumental in gathering needs locally to advocate the Salesforce brand and identify ways to connect locally with our integrated marketing and messaging.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate both remotely and locally with interdepartmental teams including sales, events, and product marketing.
  • Translate variances of the region into cohesive, prioritized asks helping to build out an appropriate local marketing plan
  • Collaborate with events team by helping to identify venues, negotiate contracts, work with local agencies, and oversee detailed execution of events.
  • Manage the day-to-day execution of customer facing events, executive dinners, industry conferences and hospitality programs.
  • Project manage localization with localization agency managing list of activities, delivering feedback on appropriateness as well as gathering final input from local leaders to gain approvals.
  • Act as single point of contact to clearly communicate upcoming activities and action with local stakeholders.
  • Participate in the creative development of projects by providing expertise on the market, as well as contribute to the Canada demand generation strategy.
  • Track business impact of marketing campaigns using salesforce.com (the application) to manage campaigns and report results.

Qualifications

  • 100% Fluent in French
  • 5+ years living in Quebec Region speaking, reading and writing Canadian French
  • Post-secondary degree/diploma required, with Marketing/Business preferred
  • 1-2 years project and/or program management experience
  • Self-starter, energetic, and able to prioritize under pressure and with tight deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail and results oriented
  • Vendor relationship and negotiation skills
  • Budget management skills
  • Stellar interpersonal communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Technical Proficiency: Microsoft Powerpoint and Excel, Google Apps for Work, experience with a CRM application
  • Ability to analyze data, both quantitative and qualitative, to make suggestions on future campaigns.
