For professionals with disabilities, that means access to mentorship, career development, and a supportive community.
The Workforce Navigators program supports and enables our partners to train professionals with disabilities, ensuring they are equipped with in-demand Salesforce skills and certifications. Built with accessibility at the core, this program creates space for learning, connection, and development.
At Salesforce, accessibility is built in from the start — and that includes our employee experience. Through Disabilities@Work, we provide resources to employees with disabilities, including specialized coaching, career development, mentorship, and more. Through these benefits, every employee is equipped to do their best work.
True inclusion is foundational to how we design, build, and operate our global offices. We view accessible real estate as a holistic commitment to removing friction and promoting autonomy. By integrating adaptive technologies and inclusive design, we ensure that our office environments empower everybody to work and collaborate with dignity and independence.

Each Salesforce office is unique, and while we strive to eliminate all barriers, we know that some of our spaces still have some restrictions and limitations. To support guests and employees, we've created dedicated Office of Accessibility Guides that provide location-specific information on constraints and accessible provisions.
• Visual accessibility: Braille signage and battery-powered beacons
• Auditory support: Installing audio frequency induction loops in meeting rooms and elevators (as seen in our Paris office) to clarify sound for hearing aid users.
• Mobility and furniture: Designing mindfulness zones with wheelchair-accessible seating and offering dedicated mobility services for airport transfers in select hubs, including Munich.
• Inclusive policies: We welcome registered service animals in office.
• Continual improvements: We conduct continual audits of our global hubs to provide detailed "arrival-to-reception" accessibility data, allowing visitors to plan their journeys with confidence.
Our Equality Groups, also known as our Business Resource Groups, are employee-led, open to all, and focus on supporting our business through engagement, innovation, retention, and cultivating leadership skills. They create space for connection, advocacy, and learning.
