But what really intrigued me was that they seemed to have such a positive attitude about themselves and each other. Since joining, I’ve discovered that not always having the answers is kind of the point! We are all working it out together. That’s what problem-solving is: finding the answers. And so asking questions is essential. It’s not weak – it’s smart.”

Currently, I’m working on a cross-cloud project that will be transformative for Marketing Cloud. I love being a part of the prototyping, deciding which technologies to use, and integrating the different pieces to build the ideal user experience. We are using the latest and greatest web components and data management for this project. I’m innovating, growing every day, and have a chance to contribute to new technologies. It’s an engineering dream.”

“A career here is self-transcendent. Yes, we leverage our technology to create opportunities for our customers but it’s bigger than that. Here we’re able to leverage both our technology and platform to build a bridge into the communities where we work. Since joining Salesforce, I’ve served as the Membership/Community Lead on BOLDforce Indy and been an active ally with Outforce. Last year, our local Equality Groups made a big impact in the community with our partnership with Big Brothers Big Sisters through ongoing mentorship throughout the school year, a landscaping beautification project and hosting Career Day for students. Our corporate culture is rooted in community.”
