Show your energy and passion.

Be ready to enthusiastically express what makes you tick and how that aligns with the company’s mission. Your excitement says so much about what you can bring to the table and is what sets you apart from other candidates.

Be a force for good.

Please bring copies of your resume, and reach out to your recruiter to see if you need to bring a laptop, presentation materials, etc. If presenting, please bring your presentation on a flash drive as backup.

Each of our offices and teams has a different style. If you are wondering what to wear to your job interview or on your first day, reach out to your recruiter and s/he can give you a good idea for what to expect.

To ensure that we provide you with an enjoyable interview experience, here are a few guidelines relating to travel, payment and reimbursement for any interview-related expenses.

Flights and Hotel
Your recruiting coordinator will book your flight(s) and a one-night hotel stay (if needed). Salesforce will pre-pay for these expenses and you should not be asked to pay for these upon check-in. You will, however, be responsible for any incidentals and be asked to provide a credit card when checking into the hotel. Salesforce will pay for the room and taxes only.

That’s why our travel policy is exactly the same as our employee travel and expense guidelines. Our culture is built upon a foundation of honesty, integrity and trust, which we ask our employees, and candidates, to emanate while using and abiding by our travel and expense policy. Each candidate has a responsibility to read, understand and support our attached Salesforce’s Global Travel and Expense Policy (“the Policy”) when traveling for any interviews. Please remember to keep all Itemized receipts as they are required for reimbursement. Following your interview, you will receive information from our partners at Plus Relocation on how to submit interview related expenses. Please contact your recruiting coordinator. If you can’t reach your recruiting coordinator, please call the BCD travel center at 866-811-9399 or 503-274-8570.
Your recruiting coordinator should have arranged your hotel reservation directly with the hotel using a corporate account. However, the hotel may ask for your credit card to cover any damages and /or extra expenses (such as room services, valet parking, movies, etc.) that Salesforce does not cover.
Parking and reimbursement is currently offered in select Salesforce offices. Please ask the receptionist to validate your parking before you check out of the building.  In the event that reception is unavailable, your interview office does not have parking, or you did not park in your building's respective parking garage, please send your Recruiting Coordinator an email requesting parking reimbursement. Please note the day, date, and time must be listed on the receipt in order to process your parking reimbursement.  
Check the reception desk for directions to call another receptionist, if you do not see these directions reach out to your recruiting coordinator.
