Future Pathways

Ready to kick-start your career? Future Pathways is dedicated to creating opportunities for ambitious early talent from non-traditional educational or professional backgrounds. We offer coaching, mentorship, and professional development training to prepare participants for success at Salesforce and the Technology industry. Future Pathways programs are currently offered in the U.S, U.K, LATAM, and Ireland.

Military Recruiting Fellowship Program

Salesforce offers 12-week fellowships to transitioning military service members, spouses, and veterans. This program is designed to provide direct exposure to career paths, easing the transition into civilian life. Fellows are immersed into their work-streams, provided with on-the-job training and career coaching — all with the goal of landing a full-time role at Salesforce.

Salesforce India Return to Work Program

This India-based program offers six months of on-the-job training for women who have taken a career break, helping them transition back into the professional workforce. Through Salesforce’s Technology, Sales, and Customer Success teams, women can explore different opportunities, forge meaningful relationships, and rejoin the working world with support.

Our programs for people with disabilities are designed to help close the disability employment gap and offer individuals who have had limited access to employment, the opportunity to train and develop the skills to thrive in a career in the Technology sector. The programs include paid practical work experience and on-the-job training and we work with workforce development organisations to bring these programs to life.
