Our Success Graduate, Customer Success roles are offered to graduates in business and technical consultancy roles, within our services and technical sales organizations. Grads receive development opportunities centered on comprehensive learning paths, direct involvement with customer engagements, mentoring and more.

Interview process.

Your trail to becoming a Success Graduate, Customer Success at Salesforce will begin with an interview with a recruiter. If successful, you'll be invited to another virtual interview with the hiring manager, followed by an onsite/virtual success centre day, where you will have the opportunity to meet our ohana, network with senior business leaders and be inspired by the vision of the program. Here you will participate in onsite/virtual interviews with hiring managers as well as present on a live business case at a panel assessment. If it's a mutual fit, an offer will be extended (please note that timelines for this may vary).
