“At Salesforce, I was heard and supported from day one, and I’m grateful for all the help I got from my manager and co-workers in my career development. The company offers many opportunities for career growth through classes on Learn++ and other platforms. I was also able to take advantage of their mentorship program, which helped me become more confident on my craft, network, and connect with other designers in my organization. Overall, I am very happy to work for a company that invests in me as an individual and professional.”

Futureforce Intern, Product Program

Interview process.

Our hiring process for UX roles begins with a manager resume and portfolio review. If our managers like your work, you will proceed to a 30-minute interview with a hiring manager. If successful, you’ll move to a one-hour virtual interview with the team, which will include a portfolio presentation. If it’s a mutual fit, an offer will be extended (timelines may vary).

For APAC: Our hiring process begins with a manager resume and portfolio review followed by a design challenge. If our managers like your work, you will proceed for two technical interviews and one hiring manager interview. If it’s a mutual fit, an offer will be extended (timelines may vary).

Our interview process begins with a 30-minute recruiter phone screen, focused on your background and interest in the role. If your background is a match, you will be connected with a Product Manager for a 45-minute virtual interview. The last step will be a final virtual round where you'll interview with another member of the APM team. If it's a mutual fit, an offer will be extended (timelines vary).

For APAC: The hiring process begins with a recruiter resume review followed by one to two rounds of virtual interviews with the product managers and the hiring manager.

Our interview process varies for different data science roles. It can include a few or all of these steps: recruiter screen, HackerRank test, dataset problem solving, technical/behavioral hiring manager interviews. On clearing the final round with the hiring manager, an offer will be extended (timelines may vary).

“Although I’ve interned for other companies before, it’s safe to say that Futureforce was the best internship I’ve ever experienced as a Product Design intern. During my internship, I learned to host workshops, work with a huge design system, present to many different stakeholders, and much more. What I valued the most during my time as an intern were the meaningful connections I made with my manager, my mentor, other interns, and co-workers in and outside of my team. Salesforce proves that they care about their interns and I wouldn’t be the designer that I am today without them.”
Bianca Moy, Associate Product Designer

“My mentors continue to give me interesting & challenging work and I get to learn a lot about Salesforce, its products & how they are adding value to so many businesses across the world. Specifically, I would like to give a shout out to the skill-up sessions and the design sprints! Through skill-up sessions, you get to participate in fun hands-on activities & this is an excellent way to pick up new skills. While through design sprints, designers brainstorm together to come up with innovative solutions to complex real-world problems. The best part is the active participation & enthusiasm in our team & the fact that there is a lot that I have learnt from these sessions.”
