Providing Opportunities for Adults with Disabilities

Highlight:  Salesforce invested $250,000 to launch Arc's Path to College program to support adults with disabilities.

Salesforce has been partnering with The Arc San Francisco, a nonprofit organization committed to serving people with developmental disabilities and their families, for more than 15 years and we have a 100% employee retention rate.

Employees from The Arc work in a variety of roles at Salesforce, including IT, mobile testing, mailroom, and office services. Many are Koa Club members (employees that have been with Salesforce for 10 years or more) who are beloved, active contributors to our Ohana culture. These jobs at Salesforce have been life changing, helping many move from poverty to self-sufficiency.

In turn, Salesforce has given back time and resources to The Arc, providing board leadership as well has hundreds of employee volunteers. And in 2016, Salesforce invested $250,000 to launch Arc's Path to College program to support continued education for adults with disabilities.
