Françoise Mercadal-Delasalles is the former CEO of Credit du Nord, part of the Société Générale (SocGen) group. She joined SocGen in 2008 to lead a significant program of business transformation, enhancing culture, processes, and technology, and delivering significant cost savings. She became the group’s Chief Operating and Innovation Officer and member of the executive board in 2009. From 2002 to 2008, Mercadal-Delasalles led IT and Operations at Caisse des Dépôts, having previously spent nearly 15 years in public service. Mercadal-Delasalles serves on the board of investment company Eurazeo and on the board of the banking group My Money Bank. She is a graduate of the Sorbonne, Sciences Po, and the Ecole Nationale d’Administration.
