What is your privacy-related request?

For requests about your personal data, please fill out a request form in order to do one of the following:

  • Access/Download: We will provide a complete report of your personal data across our systems
  • Transfer: Package up your personal data and send it to a desired recipient
  • Delete: Delete your personal data found in our systems
  • Object to processing: Ask us to stop processing your data for certain purposes
  • Update inaccuracies: Update any inaccuracy you’ve found in our systems

Email
Click the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of our marketing emails, or visit the Salesforce Unsubscribe Center.

SMS Text
Reply ‘STOP’ to any message, or email your revocation request to privacy@salesforce.com.

App Notifications
Turn off notifications within the settings of the Salesforce apps on your device.

Opting out of marketing does not stop you from receiving essential communications related to your current relationship with us (e.g., subscriptions, event registrations, service announcements, or security information).

Phone Calls
If you wish to add your phone number to our internal Do-Not-Call telemarketing register, submit a Privacy Inquiry form.

You’ll need to include your first name, last name, company, and the phone number you wish to register.

Alternatively, during a telemarketing call you can inform the representative that you do not want to be called again for marketing purposes.

If you receive marketing communications from another company that uses Salesforce services, please contact that company directly to unsubscribe.

Review or download Salesforce’s latest Data Processing Addendum (DPA).

You can reach out to your Account Executive with any customer account questions.

To find out the name of your Account Executive, you'll need to log in to our Salesforce support portal, Salesforce Help.

If you're unable to log in, we recommend reaching out to Salesforce Support directly. They can assist you with account access issues and help you connect with your Account Executive.

If you’re a Salesforce customer, create a Salesforce support case. Log in to Salesforce Help, click "My Cases" or "Contact Support," and then select "Create a Case". You will need to provide details about your issue, such as a subject, a detailed description of the problem and steps to reproduce it, and optionally attach files and add collaborators.
