Salesforce.com Named a 2008 CRM Market Award Winner by CRM Magazine

Salesforce CRM named the winner in Sales Force Automation and Midmarket Suite CRM categories

Honored as a Leader in Enterprise Suite CRM and Small Business Suite CRM

SAN FRANCISCO - September 17, 2008 - Salesforce.com [NYSE: CRM], the market and technology leader in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS), today announced that CRM magazine has honored the company with two 2008 CRM Market Awards, for Midmarket Suite CRM and Sales Force Automation.  In addition, Salesforce CRM was named a Leader in both Enterprise Suite CRM and Small Business Suite CRM.  CRM Market Award recipients are determined "through an extensive three-month process and proprietary rating formula that involves industry analysts, financial and corporate information, product and functionality assessments, and scores reflecting customer satisfaction."

In addition to salesforce.com receiving the CRM Market Leader Awards, the company's customer Qualcomm was honored with a CRM Elite Award for its combined Salesforce CRM and EchoSign deployment.  Qualcomm received one of only four CRM Elite Awards bestowed by CRM magazine.
