Salesforce.com Named a 2008 CRM Market Award Winner by CRM Magazine

Salesforce CRM named the winner in Sales Force Automation and Midmarket Suite CRM categories
Honored as a Leader in Enterprise Suite CRM and Small Business Suite CRM

(PaaS), today announced that CRM magazine has honored the company with two 2008 CRM Market Awards,
for Midmarket Suite CRM and Sales Force Automation. In addition, Salesforce CRM was named a
Leader in both Enterprise Suite CRM and Small Business Suite CRM. CRM Market Award recipients
are determined "through an extensive three-month process and proprietary rating formula that
involves industry analysts, financial and corporate information, product and functionality
assessments, and scores reflecting customer satisfaction."
