Salesforce partners play a critical role in driving success for customers.  That’s why at Salesforce Connections, the customer engagement event of the year, we’re excited to celebrate agency and consulting partners that have gone above and beyond to power digital transformations for clients. Today, we are honoring DEG, linked by Isobar; OSF Commerce; and ATG, a Cognizant Company with Partner Innovation Awards for demonstrating outstanding achievements in delivering customer success.

Each winning partner expertly implemented Salesforce solutions that enabled their clients, AMC Theatres, Bouclaire and Podium, to solve difficult business challenges and provide better experiences for their customers. Winners were selected in three categories: Marketing Intelligence, Customer 360 Experience, and Unified Transformation.

Marketing Intelligence Award: DEG, Linked by Isobar

Digital agency DEG, Linked by Isobar, a Salesforce Platinum Partner, collaborated with AMC Theatres to create the first iteration of quarterly and annual email statements for the cinema chain’s loyalty program members back in 2017. These statements included membership updates and highlights of their theater-going experiences to encourage customers to interact with their accounts. However, based on survey data, many participants struggled to see the value in being part of the program.

Wanting to create a version of this email compelling enough for members to share on social and drive them to action, DEG deployed Salesforce Marketing Cloud in 2018 to identify user data to create personalized emails tailored for each member. The redesigned statements have the best conversion and click-through rates of any AMC quarterly statement campaigns to date, with both rates increasing more than 50% from the statement averages.

Customer 360 Award: OSF Commerce

Canadian lifestyle brand Bouclair turned to OSF Commerce, a Platinum Salesforce Consulting Partner, to overhaul their outdated ecommerce platform. Prior to working with OSF, Bouclair lacked a 360-degree view of their customers. Bouclair wanted to deliver a more personalized experience for their customers, satisfy the expectations of multiple delivery options, and allow shoppers to customize some of their products.

OSF Commerce tackled these challenges by implementing Salesforce Commerce Cloud, taking a mobile-first approach and connecting it to their order management system, in addition to a dedicated product information system. OSF then connected Bouclair’s existing Service Cloud integration with Commerce Cloud and Marketing Cloud. With a single view of the customer across all platforms, Bouclair eliminated internal operational silos and gained enhanced omnichannel capabilities across all platforms. The improved customer experiences Bouclair now delivers has resulted in a 36% increase in overall sales while their case efficiency increased by 30%.

Unified Transformation: ATG, a Cognizant Company

Podium, a technology company headquartered in Utah that develops cloud-based software to help modernize local businesses, needed to upgrade from their fragmented billing solution. Before working with ATG Cognizant, a Salesforce Global Strategic Partner, Podium was frustrated with the manual effort needed to generate quotes, in addition to a cumbersome billing process and challenges around subscription management and discounting.

To eliminate barriers to sales and to improve customer experience, ATGCognizant built a new billing solution for Podium by implementing Salesforce Billing and Salesforce CPQ, in addition to a variety of Salesforce AppExchange apps. This resulted in a streamlined product catalogue and reduced quoting time, increasing the average deal size by $45 per month per deal.
