What is considered a small business or diverse business enterprise?
We recognize diverse suppliers, certified as businesses that are a minimum of 51% owned and operated by at least one of the following:
LGBTQ, Person(s) with Disability(ies), *Minority, **Veterans, Women, and ***Small Business
*Minority - as defined by the country where the business was established.
**Veterans - Salesforce also supports the military community through its Vetforce initiative.
***Small Business - The definition of a small business depends on the industry and the country where the business is established. Businesses based in the U.S. may self-certify that they meet the requirements for a small business.
