Collaborating around files is now simpler and faster, with the ability to quickly share and update files right from a Chatter feed and in both public and private groups. Also new in Summer '11 is the ability to assign collaborator or viewer permission, which determines who can make modifications or upload new versions of your file.
With the rapid enhancements to Chatter files, especially for file collaboration, we've renamed the "Content Workspaces" tab and references to "Libraries."
