A vision for a unified go-to-market strategy

Everforth is constantly seeking new ways to improve operational excellence and scale their commercial capabilities. Recently, the company made the strategic decision to consolidate their global technology and digital engineering platform, evolving to provide fully consultative solutions to clients. With this harmonization came a massive opportunity to optimize their operations. Consolidating technology stacks across the commercial segment revealed a significant opportunity: leveraging enterprisewide data to unlock a new level of visibility into commercial customers. The goal was clear: one source of truth, powering a leaner and smarter business, and setting the foundation for AI at scale.

Optimizing the sales organization to expand capacity

As part of this consolidation and growth effort, Everforth looked for ways to expand the capacity of their sales organization. Sellers taking on new territory portfolios previously spent considerable time gathering historical context on prospects, often scheduling hours of internal meetings, hunting through disparate CRM records, and manually recognized internal data against external macroeconomic factors. Everforth saw a prime opportunity for intelligent optimization of the manual research phase, drastically reducing the time to productivity for reps on new accounts. By giving sellers a unified data layer, Everforth could free their team to focus on strategic selling and relationship building.

Accelerating candidate delivery speed to scale operations

Simultaneously, Everforth identified the potential for efficiency gains within their talent delivery team. The recruiting process is inherently relational, requiring a deep human connection to place the right candidates in the right roles. However, the initial top-of-the-funnel workflows, such as manual prep work, updating a job applicant’s status, and publishing job descriptions to the external website, were purely administrative. Knowing that fast, accurate placements were critical to their bottom line, the business sought to optimize these early steps. They wanted to expand the total capacity of their workforce and accelerate candidate delivery, ensuring that their recruiters could dedicate their time to the strategic, relationship-driven aspects of hiring.

At the foundation, our deployment of Agentforce centers on operational efficiency. We are looking at all the manual intervention in our processes to see where agents can expand the capacity and effectiveness of our workforce.

Building an agentic enterprise as Client Zero

To solve these operational challenges, Everforth made a major strategic bet to consolidate their operations with Salesforce, deploying Agentforce Sales A1E, Professional Services, and Data 360. Mission critical was gaining immediate efficiency through intelligent automation. Beyond their own imperative, Everforth also wanted to bring their Client Zero experience to customers. By proving out an integrative architecture internally, establishing a single data layer changed what was possible. For the first time, Everforth is harnessing AI to test and refine solutions in the real world, de-risking innovation and accelerating the path to market.

Agentforce Sales cuts prep time and creates a 360-degree view of the customer

After refining the technology with a pilot group of highly engaged users, Everforth launched their AI Sales Agent to the entire sales organization. The agent acts as an always-on, assistive advisor, deeply integrated into the seller’s workflow. When a seller takes over a massive new account, they no longer spend hours hunting for context. Instead, they simply ask the agent for an account snapshot. The agent instantly synthesizes Everforth’s proprietary internal data with macroeconomic industry data, delivering a comprehensive history of the account, identifying internal strengths, and highlighting specific areas of opportunity to explore. This drastically reduces the mental and administrative overhead required to prepare for client engagements and provides an improved customer experience.

Guided execution and tactical recommendations enhance strategy
The Sales Agent does more than just summarize data; it actively guides sellers by surfacing recommended next steps. Prior to the agent’s launch, Everforth finalized a comprehensive, 30-page standard operating procedure (SOP) detailing best practices for opportunity management that was digitized, allowing the agent to ingest it. Now, the agent can analyze an opportunity pipeline and provide tactical recommendations firmly rooted in the company’s approved sales motions.

This isn’t just a one-time action. The agent watches pipeline activities 24/7, popping up in the CRM to suggest specific next steps to ensure opportunities move to the next stage. It even connects complex conversational dots across the organization. For example, the agent can remind a seller that a colleague previously discussed a specific strategy with a prospect, advising the current seller to highlight three specific takeaways from that past conversation. This ensures a seamless, holistic experience for the buyer and elevates the seller’s perception as a deeply informed, trusted advisor.

Automating the talent pipeline with a 24/7 digital workforce

On the recruiting side, Everforth deployed a custom Talent Delivery Agent to maximize the profitability of each placement and accelerate candidate delivery speed. The agent constantly monitors the applicant tracking system for new job requisitions. When a new job appears, the agent then autonomously preps the listing and publishes it to the external website, entirely removing hours of manual delay.

While the agent autonomously processes thousands of job descriptions and talent profiles, Everforth maintains a strict “human-in-the-loop” philosophy. The agent handles the heavy administrative lifting, filling the top of the funnel faster, but the human recruiter is always involved to make strategic hiring decisions, ensuring compliance, ethics, and the vital human connection are never lost.

We’re trying to 10x the efficiency of the seller and recruiter with these agents. Agents work overnight and autonomously to bring this data together, all in service of giving the human the fullest picture.

An active partnership for future implementation

As an official Salesforce partner, Everforth’s transition to an AI-driven future is defined by a deep, trust-based relationship with Salesforce that goes far beyond a traditional vendor contract. The company’s leadership views the engagement as an active partnership where both organizations are fundamentally better together. By standing up a significant internal Salesforce capability team, Everforth is not only transforming its own operations, but positioning itself to help clients navigate cross-platform integrations and the future of AI.

Empowering management to maximize new capacity

Everforth is already seeing tangible, data-driven results from their unified platform. The Talent Delivery Agent has successfully optimized the top of the recruiting funnel, driving a significant increase in the volume of applicants and submittals without degrading the quality of the pipeline. On the sales side, the reduction in administrative busywork is allowing sellers to pivot their time toward high-value, strategic relationship building.

Expanding the footprint of intelligent operations

Everforth views their current deployment as just scratching the surface of what”s possible on a unified platform. With critical mass adoption achieved among their initial pilot groups, they are actively exploring the optimization of client-facing workflows and the critical handoffs between sellers and technical solution teams. Everforth is also evaluating the deployment of an Engagement Agent to expand their outbound outreach and aggressively grow their opportunity funnel.

Our goal was to create a data-empowered business where transparency and agentic execution give our people the ultimate edge.
