One broker, many systems

As the wholesale arm of Rocket Companies, Rocket Pro gives thousands of mortgage brokers and loan officers the technology and support to grow their businesses. They're one of several parts of  Rocket Companies, alongside Rocket Mortgage, Rocket Close, and Rocket’s Business Development team, that support different parts of the homeownership journey.

What Rocket Pro knew about any one broker was spread across systems. Loan pipeline activity lived in CRM. Portal behavior, like rate sheet views and pricing calculator use, lived in Rocket's own platforms. Market share and scouting data sat with outside providers.

Account executives (AEs) assembled that picture themselves, one system at a time, and any AI Rocket Pro built would face the same scattered starting point.

A connected view of every broker

Every broker relationship tells a bigger story than any one of Rocket's organizations could see alone. Data 360 gives Rocket Pro one place where everything they know about a broker comes together.

Rocket Pro contributes broker interactions, partner relationships, and AE activity from Agentforce Sales — the specialized CRM their AEs use to manage broker relationships. Data 360 combines that record with real-time signals from Rocket's partner portal and market data, so an AE sees loan pipeline, portal behavior, and market position as one connected view instead of three separate lookups.

Rocket Pro's Salesforce organizations connect into that same Data 360 foundation, which means the view can widen as more of the business comes online.

That shared foundation also powers Rocket Pro’s Agentforce-powered outreach prep experience that helps AEs prioritize brokers, prepare for conversations, and draft personalized outreach. Because those agentic capabilities are grounded in Data 360, recommendations reflect everything Rocket Pro knows about a broker rather than one system's slice of it.

Context built on real-time data

Shared broker data is only valuable if it stays current. Data 360 continuously combines live CRM data, broker activity, and market signals so that Rocket Pro's AEs and AI agents always have the latest information to work from.

This image is an architecture diagram for Rocket Pro titled "Data 360 unifies customer and partner profiles". The diagram illustrates how data from various sources is integrated to support sales operations.

Native Salesforce CRM connectors continuously synchronize updates from Rocket Pro and the other Rocket organizations into Data 360, keeping broker and partner data current as relationships evolve. That means new CRM activity, loan updates, and partner interactions are reflected in Data 360 without teams manually moving data between systems.

Not every signal lives in Salesforce. Rocket extracts broker portal activity, rate sheet views, market share data, and scouting reports into Amazon S3, where they're ingested into Data 360 alongside the CRM record.

MuleSoft is the integration backbone across Rocket's systems, handling about 3 billion system interactions each year. When an AE asks the Outreach Prep Agent a question, it reaches live portal and market data through Rocket Pro's GPT MCP server and MuleSoft Omni Gateway.

Together, those sources keep Rocket Pro's AEs and AI agents working from current information — the foundation for their AI experiences today and their broader agentic roadmap.

A foundation for what’s next

Rocket Pro's AEs now work from one connected view of every broker relationship, drawn from four of Rocket's major Salesforce organizations and real-time signals from outside Salesforce.

That shared foundation grounds their Agentforce-powered outreach prep experience today and will provide the trusted context behind their growing portfolio of Agentforce capabilities.

Looking ahead, Rocket Pro plans to extend that foundation into Slack, giving AEs access to CRM information and AI-powered broker briefings without leaving the conversations they're already having. As Agentforce expands into Slack, buying signals — such as repeated rate-sheet access — could fuel recommendations for when an AE should engage, helping Rocket Pro connect with brokers at the right moment.

Why Rocket Pro chose Salesforce

One connected foundation

Rocket Pro's Salesforce organizations and real-time broker activity extracted into Amazon S3 both feed the same Data 360 foundation. Bringing internal records and live operational signals into one place is what made a complete broker view possible without building custom connections to Rocket's data platforms.

Native multi-org connectivity

Rocket runs four of their companies on Salesforce, so connecting them to Data 360 required only native CRM connectors — no custom integrations to build or maintain. The foundation they'd already built is what made a cross-company view achievable without new infrastructure.

Built for an expanding AI roadmap

Each new Agentforce capability builds on the same connected data instead of standing up a data set of its own. For a company with a growing agentic roadmap, that compounding foundation made Salesforce the platform worth standardizing on.
