Said Gemberling, “With other tools you have to go through training, but Salesforce Inbox was simple to get up and running. As with any new product, there was some resistance, but when the team saw how intuitive Inbox was, getting over the adoption hurdle was easy. Another benefit was that Inbox allowed us to consolidate several apps and roll everything up into one easy tool that works with our Gmail inboxes, where our reps are spending most of their time.”
