Missing revenue opportunities in the moment.
Sales conversations move quickly, but critical context often doesn’t. Without clear insight into customer needs, history, and pricing guidance, sellers can miss opportunities to recommend the right offer at the right time, or hesitate when it matters most.
Deliver real-time guidance that helps sellers sell smarter.
Agentforce works alongside sellers to surface relevant offers and recommendations in real time. AI agents analyse customer context and sales signals so sellers can focus on delivering value, without interrupting the flow of the conversation.

Agentforce works alongside sellers during live interactions to surface relevant offers, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and apply pricing guidance — all in real time. AI agents analyse customer context and sales signals so sellers can focus on delivering value. Rather than requiring sellers to pause and look up information, agents surface what’s needed in the flow of the conversation, helping close deals faster and grow overall deal size.
Yes. The Sales Quoting subagent applies pricing rules and provides offer guidance seamlessly during live interactions, ensuring sellers have the right information to make competitive offers in real time.
The Sales Insight subagent monitors live sales conversations. It identifies specific upsell and cross-sell opportunities by analysing customer needs and historical signals in the moment, allowing sellers to act immediately.
Agentforce helps sellers act on the right opportunities at the right moment — before those moments pass. By surfacing recommendations, detecting customer sentiment, and applying pricing guidance during live interactions, teams can increase both the rate at which deals close and the value of each deal. The result is a more consistent, data-driven sales motion across the team.
The Sales Sentiment Subagent analyses customer signals during a conversation to detect readiness, hesitation, and intent. When signals indicate the customer is engaged and open, agents surface relevant offers and recommendations. When the customer needs more time or isn’t ready, agents hold back — preserving the relationship rather than risking a premature pitch. This makes every interaction feel more consultative and less transactional.
