Die Steigerung um 327 Prozent bis 2027 wird voraussichtlich einen Produktivit\u00e4tszuwachs von 30 Prozent erzeugen und Arbeitskosten um 19 Prozent senken. F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte im Personalbereich gehen entsprechend von tiefgreifenden Umstrukturierungen ihrer Organisation und der Mitarbeiterentwicklung aus. So kann es f\u00fcr jede:n vierte:n Besch\u00e4ftigten zu einer neuen Rolle im Unternehmen kommen. F\u00fcr die Studie hat NewtonX im Auftrag von Salesforce 200 international verantwortliche F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte aus dem Personalbereich (CHROs, Chief People Officers) befragt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bei agentischer KI steht ausdr\u00fccklich nicht der Ersatz menschlicher Arbeit im Fokus, sondern deren Erweiterung durch die nahezu grenzenlos skalierbare Technologie. Vier von f\u00fcnf der befragten Personalverantwortlichen (CHROs) planen deshalb gezielte Weiterbildungen, um die Belegschaft f\u00fcr die Arbeit mit KI-Technologien fit zu machen. Ein spezielles Augenmerk, so der Konsens, liegt dabei auf so genannten Soft Skills wie Beziehungsaufbau und die F\u00e4higkeit zur Kollaboration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cKI-Agenten l\u00f6sen eine tiefgreifende Transformation aus. Produktivit\u00e4tszuw\u00e4chse werden nicht mehr durch Herausforderungen wie den Fachkr\u00e4ftemangel gehemmt, sondern durch die Erweiterung menschlicher durch digitale Arbeitskraft erm\u00f6glicht\u201d, sagt Alexander Wallner, CEO Salesforce f\u00fcr Central Europe. \u201cDamit Unternehmen dieses Potenzial heben k\u00f6nnen, m\u00fcssen sie Stellenprofile und die Aufgabenverteilung neu strukturieren und vor allem ihre Belegschaft gezielt f\u00fcr die Arbeit in diesem neuen Kontext weiterbilden.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Die zentralen Studien-Ergebnisse im \u00dcberblick<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Schnelle Entwicklung erwartet:<\/strong> Zwar haben 85 Prozent der befragten Unternehmen noch keine KI-Agenten implementiert, dennoch sind 80 Prozent \u00fcberzeugt, dass die Belegschaft innerhalb der n\u00e4chsten f\u00fcnf Jahre aus menschlichen und digitalen Arbeitskr\u00e4ften bestehen wird.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tiefgreifende Ver\u00e4nderungen in Organisationsstrukturen n\u00f6tig:<\/strong> 77 Prozent erwarten Auswirkungen von KI-Agenten auf ihre Organisationsstrukturen und 86 Prozent betrachten es als k\u00fcnftiges Kernelement ihrer Arbeit, digitale Arbeit in die Abl\u00e4ufe und Abteilungen zu integrieren. Gleichzeitig geben 73 Prozent an, dass die Belegschaft ihrer Unternehmen die Auswirkungen von Digital Labor auf ihre eigene Arbeit noch nicht verstanden hat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Verschiebungen bei Rollen und Aufgaben:<\/strong> 89 Prozent erwarten h\u00f6herwertige Aufgaben f\u00fcr menschliche Arbeitskr\u00e4fte. Die F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte gehen davon aus, dass 61 Prozent in ihren jetzigen Rollen verbleiben und Hand in Hand mit KI-Agenten arbeiten, w\u00e4hrend 23 Prozent in anderen Rollen oder Abteilungen wirken werden. Diesen Ansatz bef\u00fcrwortet mit 88 Prozent der L\u00f6wenanteil der Manager, da sie ihn f\u00fcr kosteng\u00fcnstiger halten als die Einstellung neuer Kr\u00e4fte; zumal bereits heute 81 Prozent der Personalchefs Reskillingprogramme bereits betreiben (20 Prozent) oder dies planen (61 Prozent).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Das Comeback der Soft Skills: <\/strong>75 Prozent der HR-Leader glauben, dass mit Digital Labor so genannte Soft Skills an Bedeutung gewinnen.
