Allerdings verhindern isolierte Systeme und fragmentierte Daten eine echte dialogorientierte Kommunikation. So haben 82 Prozent der Marketingfachleute in Deutschland weiterhin Schwierigkeiten, zeitnah auf Kundenanfragen zu reagieren. Weltweit liegt dieser Anteil bei 69 Prozent. ein.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Marketer, die KI einsetzen, sind deutlich zufriedener (75 %) mit ihrer F\u00e4higkeit, Touchpoints zu verkn\u00fcpfen, als diejenigen ohne KI (62 href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/news\/stories\/2025-holiday-shopping-data\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">20 Prozent der weltweiten Bestellungen<\/a> (262 Milliarden US-Dollar Umsatz) durch KI und KI-Agenten generiert.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>88 Prozent der Marketingverantwortlichen in Deutschland beobachten, dass KI die&nbsp; Kundenerwartungen steigert \u2013&nbsp;84
