Mit der agentenbasierten Automatisierung von Aufgaben wie dem Aufbau von Kampagnen, Performance-Optimierung und 1:1-Personalisierung steigt zudem die Effizienz komplexer Vorg\u00e4nge im Marketing. \u201eDo-not-reply\u201c-Nachrichten geh\u00f6ren nun der Vergangenheit an, an ihre Stelle tritt die M\u00f6glichkeit der bidirektionalen Konversation \u00fcber jeden beliebigen Kanal.
