In this track, you'll learn the fundamentals of administering Salesforce, like how to set up new users and ensure that they have access to the data they need. You'll also learn how to import data from external systems, automate business processes, and create reports and dashboards to analyze real-time data.

 
 

Have experience as a Salesforce administrator but looking to up your game? If you answered yes, this is the track for you. Using real-world scenarios and a mix of lectures, discussions, and hands-on exercises, you will learn to extend Salesforce with custom objects and Lightning apps, troubleshoot data and record access, generate complex reports and dashboards, automate complex business processes to help you work efficiently, and much more.

 
 

The Platform Developer track is for you if you are an experienced programmer who already knows how to build programmatic solutions using languages such as Java. It's also for you if you have experience using the Salesforce Platform and you're familiar with the Security and Data Model as well as the declarative capabilities of the platform. In this track, you'll build upon your existing knowledge and skills to learn how to create programmatic solutions using Salesforce's language — Apex.

 
 

As an administrator, you may be tasked with extending Salesforce beyond point-and-click options. In order to perform basic programmatic customizations of Salesforce apps, you need a strong foundation in object-oriented programming. In this course, you will learn the fundamentals of implementing business logic using Apex, the object-oriented programming language of the Salesforce Platform. First, you’ll learn how to read Apex code. Then, you’ll gradually increase your programming skills from writing single debugging statements to programming multiple, multiline blocks of code.

 
 

Lightning Web Components is a modern JavaScript programming model for building web applications and interfaces, built on the best of web standards. In this track, you'll learn how to create Lightning Web Components and assemble them into enterprise applications. We'll look at how to build components for use in Lightning Experience and the Salesforce mobile app, how to write less code and do more with your Salesforce data, and how to set up a development environment and the tools to build, test, and deploy web components.

 
 

If you are interested in building your application architect-related expertise, this track is for you. This track dives into the two cornerstone domains of being an application architect: data architecture and management, and sharing and visibility. Expect a mixture of lecture, demos, hands-on exercises, group collaboration, and class presentations/discussions. Learners will be presented with a case study scenario that will be broken down and digested over the course of several days through iterative exploration. Roll up your sleeves and prepare for a journey deep into the Salesforce Platform where you'll learn how to design and build secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions.
