Event Information

Dreamforce is an annual event that brings together the global Salesforce Community for learning, connection, fun, and giving back. It’s an experience that celebrates customer success, powerful ideas, and groundbreaking innovations like Agentforce. Dreamforce is where you experience humans and agents driving customer success together and where you build your Agentic Enterprise.

Established in 2003, Dreamforce has grown into far more than just a conference — it’s an experience unlike any other. From inspiring keynotes and sessions to visionary thinking and next-level innovation — to actually changing the world — it’s an empowering and inspirational gathering that transforms business and makes a global impact.

Dreamforce takes place in San Francisco, CA, at Moscone Center on September 15–17, 2026. Plus, we’ll also have an exclusive broadcast experience on Salesforce+.

Registration

To register for the in-person experience at Dreamforce, click the Register now at the top right of this page to begin. You’ll be prompted to log in or create a Salesforce Trailblazer account to complete your registration. This account gives you access to session details, your personalized agenda, Salesforce+ content, and more. See all benefits of a Trailblazer account here.

From there, you’ll provide a few additional details, select your hotel and conference pass, and then you’re on your way to experience Dreamforce in San Francisco, CA.

A Trailblazer account is your free, unified, single sign-on that simplifies your journey in the Salesforce ecosystem. With your Trailblazer account, you can register for events, build your agenda, stream sessions on Salesforce+, learn new skills on Trailhead, connect with the community, and tap into personalized support — all in one place.

Registration starts at $999, a savings of $1,300 off the Full Conference pass price ($2,299) while supplies last. Registering a group of 5 or more? Passes start at $799, a savings of $1,500 per pass.

All transfer and cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the Salesforce Events Help Desk at Dreamforceregistration@salesforce.com. For a full refund of the Event registration fees, cancellation notices must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. PT on Friday, July 17, 2026. Cancellation notices received between 12:00 a.m. PT on Saturday, July 18, 2026, and 11:59:59 p.m. PT on Friday, August 14, 2026, will be processed at 50% of the event registration fees. No refunds will be processed for cancellation notices received after 12:00 a.m. PT on Saturday, August 15, 2026. Substitution requests will be processed free of charge if submitted by 11:59:59 p.m. PT on Friday, August 14, 2026. Substitution requests after this date are subject to a US$100 transaction fee. These cancellation terms also apply to the registration fees for all classes and events offered as part of Dreamforce 2026.

Accepted payment methods include Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or debit cards with a major credit card logo.

The Conference pass is valid September 15–17, 2026. It includes access to all keynotes, breakouts and theater sessions, hands-on workshops, roundtable discussions, networking with your community, the Welcome Reception, and Dreamfest. It also includes daily morning and afternoon refreshments and lunch.

Yes, Salesforce has reserved hotel blocks around San Francisco, CA. You will have the opportunity to book your room when registration opens in April. Inventory is limited, available on a first-come, first-booked basis.

Persons under 18 years of age are not permitted within Dreamforce or its venues. This includes the expo hall, sessions, breakouts, keynotes, and all other event activities. See Event Terms of Service.

Keynote
Experience the latest product innovations and trailblazing announcements from Salesforce with live demos, luminaries, and stories of customer success for a specific buyer, industry or topic.

Breakout
Attend our dynamic 45-minute presentation focusing on a specific product or solution, followed by a Q&A session.

Theater
Experience a concise and informative 20-minute session introducing a specific topic. Whether it’s tips and tricks or a how-to presentation, you’ll get the essentials in a quick, and engaging manner.

Roundtable
Gather with like-minded attendees to discuss a particular topic. This 60-minute session is an opportunity to network and share best practices and common challenges facing the Salesforce community. Moderated by an expert at each table.

Workshop
Participate in an expert-led, 60-minute interactive session to learn a product or skill. The workshop description will let you know if computers are provided or if you need to bring your own device.

Hands-on Training

Facilitated by a Salesforce expert, this is a 60–90-minute session that includes guided exercises with hands-on practice in a Salesforce org. Product experts are standing by to help; computers provided.

Community Networking
Connect with peers, community leaders, and Salesforce experts in 45-minute open discussions. Share resources, explore customer success, and gain practical career insights that help you build skills and take the next step in your Salesforce journey.

You can preview the Sessions page and search for content based on your role, industry, product, and more. The full sessions catalog will launch in July.

All sessions are available to anyone; however, finding a session that best matches your learning level will ensure the content is relevant and most applicable to you at this time. Session level information will be provided when the Agenda Builder is live so you can better plan your schedule.

Registered attendees can visit the sessions page the week after the conference to find select presentation materials. Limited episodes will also be available on demand on Salesforce+ [add link].

Agenda Builder allows registered attendees to view and reserve sessions by date and time to help plan out their days at Dreamforce. Agenda Builder will launch in July.

Yes, Dreamforce will have reserved seating for certain session types. More information about this will be shared when Agenda Builder launches in July.

Certification

There will be several certification exam opportunities throughout Dreamforce. Reserve your seat when Agenda Builder goes live. All exams are first come, first seated.

All certification exams will be held at the Marriott Marquis, Yerba Buena level. You will need your Dreamforce Conference badge to access the Yerba Buena level.

The schedule will be available when Agenda Builder goes live.

To complete a certification exam at Dreamforce 2026, you must arrive prepared with the following:

1. The ability to log in to your Trailblazer account on a public computer. Learn more about Trailblazer account setup.
2. Your Dreamforce conference badge and a government-issued photo ID.

No, to take a certification exam, you must be a registered Dreamforce attendee.

Once Agenda Builder goes live, you will be able to reserve a seat for your preferred certification exam session. If the “Reserve” option is not available or you see “Drop-in Only” for a particular session, it is at capacity. There will be a drop-in queue that will be first come, first seated once the reserved seats are filled. Be sure to show up at least 15 minutes before the exam time.

Computers will be provided for certification exams. Please ensure you have access to your Trailblazer account prior to arrival and will be able to log in to your account on a public computer. If you do not have a Trailblazer profile, set one up here.

No, there is no additional cost associated with the exams being offered at Dreamforce 2026.

Attendees will have one certification exam opportunity at Dreamforce. Once Agenda Builder goes live, you will be able to bookmark one certification exam session. Certification exam sessions are first come, first seated.

Bootcamp

Trailblazer Bootcamp is the place to build Salesforce expertise and accelerate your path to certification. Dive into three intensive days of hands-on learning led by industry experts, connect with fellow Trailblazers who share your passion, and take your career to the next level. Included in the Bootcamp pass is one certification exam voucher code to save and use after the event.

Trailblazer Bootcamp takes place before Dreamforce from September 12–14, 2026, at the Salesforce offices in downtown San Francisco, CA, with event check-in at Salesforce West.

Your Bootcamp experience includes everything you need to succeed, plus a certification exam voucher to put your new skills to the test.

Yes. To ensure the best learning experience possible, we’ve identified some prework for you to complete before you arrive at Trailblazer Bootcamp. Navigate to your track here and click on the prework link for your track. 

Trailblazer Bootcamp is available as an add-on to your Dreamforce 2026 Conference pass. You can easily include the bootcamp package during the registration process.

Trailblazer Bootcamp attendees will have one optional onsite certification exam opportunity on Sunday, September 14, at the Marriott Marquis, Yerba Buena level, beginning at 5:30 p.m. No exam voucher is needed — this counts as your one (1) included exam opportunity during Dreamforce

Laptops are not provided at Trailblazer Bootcamp. You must bring your own along with any necessary cables and chargers.

You can make hotel reservations for Dreamforce during the registration process. If you wish to add a hotel at a later date or update your existing reservation information, log in with the email and password used during registration.

Yes, you may. Before Friday, August 21, 2026, contact the Dreamforce Help Desk to make the transfer.

Beginning Monday, August 31, 2026, please contact the hotel directly to update the name and credit card on file for the reservation.

No. All attendees must register and book their own individual hotel reservations.

If you don’t check in to your hotel on your scheduled arrival date, the hotel will cancel your entire reservation. The hotel can choose not to reinstate your reservation, even if you arrive the next day. You will also be charged a penalty equal to the cost of one night’s room and tax, regardless of whether or not the hotel chooses to reinstate your reservation.

We recommend calling the hotel directly if you experience significant travel delays or your arrival date has shifted. They can help hold your room or modify your reservation based on your updated arrival needs.

No. All hotel reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of booking.

Yes. All hotels require a one-night deposit as a guarantee. The credit card used to make your hotel reservation will be charged the equivalent of one night’s room plus tax after the hotel cutoff date. Please check the Dreamforce Official Hotel List for details.

Yes, as long as you are the cardholder for the credit card you present at check-in.

If the card used as a guarantee for your hotel reservation is not in your name, that cardholder must be present at check-in. A credit card authorization form can also be set up with the hotel before your arrival. Please contact the hotel directly to obtain a credit card authorization form using the contact information found here.

No. To obtain the discounted Dreamforce rates, new reservations and changes must be made through the Registration portal. After Friday, August 21, 2026, any changes to your existing reservation can be made directly with the hotel.

If your check-in or checkout date is not available when searching for your accommodations, please book the available dates you see at your hotel of choice. Once you have completed a reservation, please contact the Dreamforce Help Desk to request adjusted dates.

Hotel room inventory at Dreamforce is limited and will sell out quickly. While a room at your first-choice hotel may not be available, please consider the many other hotel options provided.

Travel

September is one of the best months to visit San Francisco. The weather is typically warm and sunny, often the warmest month of the year. Expect daytime highs around 65–75 degrees F (18–24 degrees C) and cooler evenings around 55–60 degrees F (13–16 degrees C). Indoor conference locations are often air-conditioned. Please pack layers and check weather.com before you travel.

San Francisco International Airport (SFO) is the closest major airport, an easy BART ride or a 25-minute drive from downtown. Alternatively, the Oakland International Airport (OAK) is a 35-minute drive over the Bay Bridge and is also accessible by BART. Lastly, the San Jose International Airport (SJC) is a one-hour drive from the South Bay, accessible by Caltrain.

You can request an invitation letter to accompany your visa application to attend Dreamforce during the registration process. Your registration must be paid in full before your letter of invitation can be issued.

Please note that requesting a visa invitation letter does not guarantee that your local authorities will grant a visa to attend Dreamforce. Additionally, you are responsible for submitting your visa application to your local embassy/consulate; conference management will not submit it on your behalf. All requests are subject to review and approval. Please allow up to 10 business days for requests to be reviewed.

Dreamforce is open to international travelers who abide by regional travel restrictions and guidelines.
