Dreamforce is an annual event that brings together the global Salesforce community for learning, fun, connection, and giving back. It’s an experience that celebrates Trailblazers and customer success. Dreamforce is where Trailblazers from all over the world gather to share their stories of success and learn from each other. It’s one epic family reunion.

Established in 2003, Dreamforce has grown into far more than just a conference — it’s an experience like no other. From inspiring keynotes and sessions to visionary thinking and the future of technology, to actually changing the world, it’s an empowering and inspirational gathering.

We will be streaming the best of Dreamforce on Salesforce+ from September 20–22, 2022. This will include two channels across three days with over 40 hours of content. We will have a limited number of on-demand sessions from the in-person San Francisco experience available after the event.

Registration

To register for Dreamforce, click the Register button on the top right of this page and select the in-person experience to access Dreamforce Registration, where you will need to create an account to register.

This account will give you access to your registration details, recommended sessions, Agenda Builder, and so much more.

If you created an account for World Tour NYC, World Tour London, or Connections, use that same email and password in the login box. If needed, click Forgot Password to trigger a reset. 

From there, you’ll provide a few additional details, select your hotel and conference pass, and then you’re on your way to experience Dreamforce 2022.

The Full Conference pass is valid September 20–22 and includes access to keynotes, breakout and theater sessions, hands-on workshops, Circles of Success roundtable discussions, networking with your community, the Welcome Reception, and Dreamfest, and daily morning and afternoon refreshments and lunch.

Dreamforce will offer a variety of food including gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian options. If a Kosher or Halal meal is needed, please indicate this during the registration process. You can also contact the Dreamforce Help Desk with your request at dreamforceregistration@salesforce.com.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the Dreamforce Help Desk at dreamforceregistration@salesforce.com. For a full refund of the event registration fees, cancellation notices must be received by 11:59 p.m. PT on Friday, August 19, 2022. Cancellation notices received between 12:00 a.m. PT on Saturday, August 20, 2022, and 11:59 p.m. PT on Friday, September 2, 2022, will be processed at 50% of the event registration fees. No refunds will be processed for cancellation notices received after 12:00 a.m. PT on Saturday, September 3, 2022.

Salesforce Health and Safety Cancellation Terms: Salesforce reserves the right to cancel your event registration without a refund if you fail to meet the event's health and safety protocols.

Salesforce may permit you to transfer your Dreamforce registration and hotel reservation to another person within your organization. All transfer requests for Dreamforce must be submitted in writing to dreamforceregistration@salesforce.com and will be processed based on the time and date that the request was submitted. Requests received after 12:00 a.m. PT on Saturday, September 3, 2022, will be subject to a $100 fee.

After August 26, 2022, all hotel transfers must be completed directly with the hotel. See the Dreamforce Official Hotel List for contact information.

Health & Safety

 

Salesforce is closely monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic. In accordance with local state and city guidelines, we are currently not requiring proof of vaccination or implementing a testing protocol for Dreamforce. This is always subject to change.

Accommodations

 

Yes, Salesforce has reserved hotel blocks around San Francisco. You will have the opportunity to book your room during registration within the hotel section. Inventory is limited, available on a first-come, first-booked basis, and our discounted rates are only available until Friday, August 26, 2022, so book now.

You can make online hotel bookings for Dreamforce during the registration process. If you wish to add a hotel at a later date or update your existing reservation information, login with the email and password used during registration.

Note: Hotel accommodations are available on a first-come, first-booked basis.

If you reserved a room via the Dreamforce registration process, cancellations must be made according to the hotel’s cancellation policy (between two weeks and five days before arrival, depending on the hotel). Failure to do so will incur a penalty equal to the cost of one night’s room and tax. Please check the Dreamforce Official Hotel List for your hotel’s specific cancellation policy.

Note: All hotels will charge a deposit to the credit card on file before arrival, which will be refunded if you cancel within the specified time.

Yes, you may. Before Friday, August 26, 2022, contact the Dreamforce Help Desk to make the transfer.

After Friday, August 26, 2022, please contact your hotel directly to update the name and credit card on file for the reservation.

No. All attendees must register and book their own hotel reservations.

If you don’t check in to your hotel on your scheduled arrival date, the hotel will cancel your entire reservation. The hotel can choose not to reinstate your reservation, even if you arrive the next day. You will also be charged a penalty of the cost of one night’s room and tax, regardless of whether or not the hotel chooses to reinstate your reservation.

No. All hotel reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of booking.

Yes. All hotels require a one-night deposit as a guarantee. The credit card used to make your hotel reservation will be charged the equivalent of one night’s room plus tax after the hotel cutoff date. Please check the Dreamforce Official Hotel List for details.

Yes, as long as you are the cardholder for the credit card you present at check-in.

If the card used as a guarantee for your hotel reservation is not in your name, that cardholder must be present at check-in. A credit card authorization form can also be set up with the hotel before your arrival. Please contact the hotel directly to obtain a credit card authorization form using the contact information found here.

No. To obtain the discounted Dreamforce rates, new reservations and changes must be made through the Dreamforce Help Desk.

No. The Dreamforce Registration and Housing team manages all hotel reservations made through the registration website. A final hotel confirmation will be emailed to you approximately three weeks before the conference confirming your reservation; this email will not include a confirmation number. If you would like to obtain your hotel confirmation number, please contact the hotel of booking approximately two weeks before the event. You will not need your confirmation number for check-in at your hotel, only a valid government-issued ID that matches the name on the reservation.

If you would like to arrive before the event but are not seeing those dates as an option, use the check-in date of Monday, September 19. Set your checkout date to Thursday, September 23. Once you have completed a reservation with those dates in the system, please contact the Dreamforce Help Desk to request adjusted dates.

Hotel room inventory at Dreamforce hotels in downtown San Francisco is limited and will sell out quickly. For best results, use the check-in date of Monday, September 19, and the checkout date of Thursday, September 23, when searching for hotels.

Airbnb offers a wide range of accommodations hosted by local homeowners. Please visit the Airbnb website to search for something suitable for your needs.

Travel

 

This year, Dreamforce has 3 full days of programming. To take advantage of the full experience we highly recommend traveling into San Francisco on Monday, September 19, and traveling out Friday, September 23.

San Francisco’s weather can be unpredictable. Please pack layers and check weather.com before you arrive.

San Francisco International Airport (SFO) is the closest major airport, an easy BART ride, or a 25-minute drive from downtown. Alternatively, the Oakland International Airport (OAK) is a 35-minute drive over the Bay Bridge and is also accessible by BART. Lastly, the San Jose International Airport (SJC) is a one-hour drive from the South Bay, accessible by Caltrain.

You can request an invitation letter to accompany your visa application to attend Dreamforce during the registration process. Your registration must be paid in full before your letter of invitation can be issued.

Please note that requesting a visa invitation letter does not guarantee that your local authorities will grant a visa to attend Dreamforce. Additionally, you are responsible for submitting your visa application to your local embassy/consulate; conference management will not submit it on your behalf. All requests are subject to review and approval.

  • Upon leaving Dreamforce events at Moscone, be sure to remove your badge.
  • Keep your eyes up, your ears open, and your phone away on city streets and public transportation. This will lower the chance of theft and keep you safe on San Francisco’s busy streets.
  • Carry your wallet in the front pocket of your pants or the inside pocket of your jacket.
  • Avoid leaving bags on the ground or over the back of your chair.
  • San Franciscans are knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. We encourage visitors to ask shopkeepers, hotel staff, or police officers for assistance.

As always, you can dial 911 to:

  • Report a crime in progress.
  • Report an emergency situation.
  • Request help for someone having a medical or psychiatric emergency.

Bootcamp

 

Dreamforce Bootcamp is the place to build expertise and accelerate your path to certification. With three days of expert-led learning, nine role-based tracks, one certification exam, and endless networking opportunities, Dreamforce Bootcamp is the place to build a team of skilled and certified employees.

Dreamforce Bootcamp takes place before Dreamforce, from September 17–19 at Salesforce West, 50 Fremont Street, San Francisco.

Dreamforce Bootcamp is perfect for Trailblazers who want to build expertise in the following roles:

• Salesforce Developer
• MuleSoft Platform Architect
• Tableau Data Analyst

We also welcome attendees in other roles and anyone who wants to explore new areas of interest in Salesforce, MuleSoft, and Tableau.

No, you cannot purchase a Bootcamp-only pass.

Yes. To ensure the best learning experience possible, we’ve identified some pre-work for you to complete before you arrive at Dreamforce Bootcamp. Navigate to your track here and click on the pre-work link for your track. BONUS: You’ll earn the exclusive Dreamforce Bootcamp Community badge when you complete your pre-work.

No. Computers are not provided at Dreamforce Bootcamp, so attendees will need to bring their own device. Attendees will need to be able to access an internet browser from their computer. Additionally, all attendees sitting for a Salesforce Certification exam will need to ensure they have the ability to download and install Respondus software. Detailed instructions will be sent out to all attendees.

The early bird rate of $2,499 (a $500 discount) will be available until July 31, 2022, at 11:59 p.m. PT. After that, the price will increase to $2,999.

Dreamfest

 

Dreamfest is the official celebration of Dreamforce, an epic live concert benefiting the UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospitals. Join us for an opening DJ and our headliner Red Hot Chili Peppers. Doors will open at 6:00 p.m., and the party will go until 9:00 p.m. PT.

Heavy snacks and ballpark fare, as well as beer, wine, and nonalcoholic beverages, will be provided, so come hungry and ready to rock.

Dreamfest general admission entry is included with Dreamforce registration, and VIP experiences are available via the UCSF benefit at theconcertforkids.org.

  • The Giants’ ballpark is a 20-minute walk from Moscone Center and downtown hotels, along 3rd Street. To support our sustainability goals and reduce traffic on city streets, we will not provide shuttles to Oracle Park from the Moscone campus and downtown Dreamforce-contracted hotels.

  • Public transportation is another easy way to get to the ballpark. Please reference the individual websites for specific schedules and trip-planning guides.

    • Using Muni from the Powell Street station, the N or T trains are a quick journey to the King Street and 2nd Street station, which is located in front of Oracle Park.

    • Caltrain provides service from the SFO/Peninsula area to the San Francisco station, one block from Oracle Park.

    • BART is another great option for SFO and East Bay locations to get to San Francisco.  

  • Taxis and rideshare services have a specific drop-off and pickup location on Townsend Street, one block north of Oracle Park. 

  • Parking and bike valets are not available at the venue.

Bring your conference badge — this is your ticket to Dreamfest. Full Conference credentials are required for entry. We will be scanning badges, and reentry will not be allowed.

Your security and safety is paramount to us, so we’ll be doing a full security screening — metal detectors included.

Bags larger than 14”x14”x6” will not be permitted — and there is no bag storage at Oracle Park. Attendees are strongly encouraged to return to their hotels to drop off valuables, or to check bags in at the Moscone West coat and bag check prior to heading to the show. Moscone West coat check will be open until 11:00 p.m., so you can grab your bag after the show.

Bring your conference badge and ID. California law requires that bartenders check your ID if you are fortunate enough to look younger than 30.

Dress warmly, bring layers, and wear comfortable shoes. Dreamfest takes place outdoors in a stadium on the SF Bay. The fog can roll in, making for a cool evening, so be sure to bring layers.
