The practice of mindfulness is deeply rooted in the Salesforce culture. At Dreamforce, we share these practices with our customers, partners, and community, and invite everyone to explore and experience mindfulness with the monastics of Plum Village. 

Here are some ways to find your mindfulness at Dreamforce:

  • Take part in daily meditations and teachings led by Plum Village monastics 

  • Participate in walking meditations on Dreamforest at 8:00 a.m. Wednesday and Friday

  • Join daily programmed meditations and teachings in the Plum Village Center in Moscone South, Hall D

  • Check out the mindfulness keynote on Friday at 11:00 a.m. in the Yerba Buena Theater

  • Enjoy one-on-one discussions throughout the week


Zen Deep Dive Session.

Change your life by committing to this 90-minute deep dive into the art of mindful living, led by monks and nuns trained by world-renowned Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh. Experience a suite of transformative mini meditations for work and home, which will empower you to create peace, stillness, and joy in a busy day, without having to make extra time.
