Experience Cloud is Salesforce's Digital Experience Platform that helps our customer build connected sites and content with Salesforce CMS and Experience Builder. Salesforce CMS is our hybrid CMS you can use to build any type of content needs including email content, product images, blogs, banners, headers, videos and more. Then take that content and use our Experience Builder to build any digital experience you need like a website, portal, forum, landing page, microsite and more.
Salesforce CMS supports the creation and management of all content types and makes it easy for companies to customize these to meet the needs of their business.
Salesforce CMS is prebuilt with integrations with all Salesforce products including Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and the Salesforce Platform. With OOTB integrations, you can extend content to any Salesforce channel, no additional setup required.
There are no product prerequisites for using Experience Cloud products, Salesforce CMS and Experience Builder. Salesforce CMS is a hybrid CMS, meaning that you can create content inside of Salesforce CMS and extend it to any touchpoint — even third-party digital channels.
