El lead abre activamente su canal de comunicaci\u00f3n con la marca (por ejemplo, proporcionando sus datos para recibir una oferta o un freebie) y, en el futuro, puede convertirse en un cliente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-prospect\"><b>Prospect<\/b><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Se trata de un contacto que ha manifestado un inter\u00e9s concreto y est\u00e1 considerando la compra de un producto o servicio. Se encuentra en una fase m\u00e1s avanzada del <a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/es\/resources\/articles\/sales-process\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">proceso de venta<\/a> respecto al lead.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-lead-generation\"><b>Lead Generation<\/b><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n llamada \u201cgeneraci\u00f3n de leads\u201d, consiste en identificar y captar el inter\u00e9s de clientes potenciales (leads) para despu\u00e9s traducirlo en ventas. Aparte de para fidelizar a los clientes ya captados y para identificar datos importantes sobre sus h\u00e1bitos de compra, tambi\u00e9n puede ser \u00fatil para hacer lead nurturing y lead generation.
