{"id":1452,"date":"2019-07-04T19:29:00","date_gmt":"2023-10-17T19:29:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/?p=1452"},"modified":"2023-12-04T17:58:14","modified_gmt":"2023-12-04T17:58:14","slug":"bestplacetowork11","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/es\/blog\/bestplacetowork11\/","title":{"rendered":"Los espa\u00f1oles esperan que las empresas ofrezcan experiencias conectadas y multicanal"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><b>Por: Fernando Ranz, <\/b>Area VP de Salesforce Iberia<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Salesforce ha presentado una nueva edici\u00f3n del <b>State of the Connected Customer Report<\/b>, un informe sobre el estado del cliente conectado que revela c\u00f3mo las compa\u00f1\u00edas se reinventan en lo que a experiencias individuales de cliente se refiere, y en su enfoque de comunicaci\u00f3n y compromiso con el mismo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En esta investigaci\u00f3n, m\u00e1s de 8.000 consumidores y decisores de compras profesionales de 16 pa\u00edses distintos han participado en este estudio que tiene por objeto orientar a las compa\u00f1\u00edas a conocer c\u00f3mo transformar su negocio y alinearlo con lo que est\u00e1n demandando los clientes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A tenor de estas cifras, casi la mitad de los clientes espa\u00f1oles \u2013de 536 encuestados- quiere que las compa\u00f1\u00edas transformen el modo en que se ponen en contacto con ellos, adapt\u00e1ndose a sus necesidades y preferencias. De esta forma<b>, el 70% espera experiencias de cliente conectadas para optimizar la comunicaci\u00f3n y lleven a otro nivel su compromiso con ellos.<\/b> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una de las novedades de esta tercera edici\u00f3n del estudio, es que en la actualidad los valores corporativos han adquirido m\u00e1s peso en la decisi\u00f3n de compra de los clientes. Ahora los consumidores no esperamos que las compa\u00f1\u00edas operen \u00e9ticamente, sino que tambi\u00e9n apreciamos su compromiso con ciertas causas que ellos consideran importantes, como la igualdad de derechos (63%) y la filantrop\u00eda (52%). En Espa\u00f1a, <b>el 65% de los encuestados busca activamente comprar a compa\u00f1\u00edas sostenibles y comprometidas con el medioambiente<\/b>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En una era marcada por las vulnerabilidades y las brechas de seguridad que afectan a nuestros datos personales, donde el 59% de los espa\u00f1oles cree que la mayor\u00eda de las compa\u00f1\u00edas no son transparentes, la confianza es m\u00e1s importante que nunca. As\u00ed, el estudio de Salesforce revela que el 73% de los espa\u00f1oles encuestados declara haber dejado de comprar a empresas que no le inspiran confianza y<b>el 39% no cree que las compa\u00f1\u00edas se preocupen lo suficiente por la seguridad de sus datos<\/b>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, respecto a las expectativas de los clientes sobre la transformaci\u00f3n digital de las empresas, el estudio desvela que <b>un 84% de los espa\u00f1oles espera que las organizaciones utilicen nuevas tecnolog\u00edas para crear mejores experiencias<\/b>. Los espa\u00f1oles esperan que las nuevas tecnolog\u00edas contribuyan a crear esas nuevas experiencias con productos innovadores o nuevas metodolog\u00edas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las iniciativas de transformaci\u00f3n digital como la Inteligencia Artificial (IA), la tecnolog\u00eda de voz y dispositivos conectados est\u00e1n teniendo un elevado impacto en la experiencia de cliente. Tanto que el 83% de los encuestados en Espa\u00f1a utiliza dispositivos conectados y el 60% solicita a las empresas que aprovechen la IA de alg\u00fan modo que beneficie sus experiencias.
