El humorista Fede de Juan ha ejercido de maestro de ceremonias. <\/p>\n<p>Salesforce, de la mano de los principales Trailblazers (como se denomina a su ecosistema de partners y clientes avanzados), ha repasado el presente y, sobre todo, el futuro del comercio electr\u00f3nico, que ha sufrido una profunda transformaci\u00f3n durante la pandemia. De esta forma, clientes como CaixaBank, Grupo All We Wear (AWWG) -que integra las marcas Pepe Jeans London, Hackett y Fa\u00e7onnable-, Tendam o Gocco, han compartido sus experiencias con Commerce Cloud, la herramienta de ecommerce de Salesforce que les ayuda a hacer frente a los retos que plantean los nuevos h\u00e1bitos de consumo, as\u00ed como a satisfacer las exigencias del cliente actual. <\/p>\n<p>Aspectos como el Headless Commerce, el comercio B2B, la gesti\u00f3n del OMS (Order Management System), la hiper personalizaci\u00f3n, el social shopping o el uso de APIs e Inteligencia Artificial para hacer recomendaciones autom\u00e1ticas a los clientes han sido los protagonistas de las distintas ponencias que se han podido ver en el escenario. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cTras dos a\u00f1os de ausencia obligada por la pandemia, Shopper First Madrid vuelve a convertirse en el epicentro de la tecnolog\u00eda y la innovaci\u00f3n para el ecommerce\u201d, afirma Enrique Maz\u00f3n. \u201cEn esta edici\u00f3n tan especial, queremos reencontrarnos con toda nuestra comunidad y mostrar a empresas de todos los sectores, desde la banca hasta la moda, pasando por telecomunicaciones, seguros o utilities, todo lo que nuestra plataforma les puede ofrecer en esta nueva era que comienza para la venta online\u201d. <\/p>\n<p>El ecommerce sigue creciendo de forma imparable en nuestro pa\u00eds y, si bien la pandemia y el confinamiento propiciaron unas cifras sin precedentes en 2020, el a\u00f1o pasado las ventas online tampoco dejaron de aumentar.
