We owe this award to our employees who bring our company culture and our core values \u2013 trust, customer success, innovation, and equality \u2013 to life every day. Our employees are what makes Salesforce unique. What makes Salesforce a \u201cGreat Place to Work\u201d? We\u2019ve decided to ask our French employees. Here are 5 reasons Salesforce is a great place to work for all!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-1-company-culture\">1. Company Culture<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe employees\u2019 well-being goes above all!\u201d &#8211; Zacharie, Strategic Events Coordinator, joined in 2019. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSalesforce trusts me to manage my work-life balance as it best suits me. I work best in the morning and I am often one of the first people to arrive at the office.
