Our Employee Success (ES) team tells them how Salesforce drives <a adhocenable=\"false\" href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/company\/careers\/culture\/innovation\/#:~:text=Innovation%20is%20a%20core%20value,to%20innovate%20like%20never%20before.&amp;text=Everyone%20is%20empowered%20and%20encouraged,to%20do%20anything%20and%20everything.\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">innovation<\/a>, <a adhocenable=\"false\" href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/company\/careers\/culture\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">culture<\/a>, and <a adhocenable=\"false\" href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/company\/careers\/culture\/growth\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">customer success<\/a> through our <a adhocenable=\"false\" href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/products\/service-cloud\/best-practices\/hr-employee-engagement\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">employee engagement strategy<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Someone in ES might have the job title of \u201cRecruiter\u201d or \u201cTalent Development Manager\u201d, but because of the demand for this engagement story, they get to extend their role to work with our customers and account teams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-rovina-d-souza-people-strategy-amp-analytics-manager-at-salesforce\"><b>Rovina D\u2019Souza, People Strategy &amp; Analytics Manager at Salesforce<\/b><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cI got to meet with about 10 customers last year,\u201d says Rovina D\u2019Souza, People Strategy &amp; Analytics Manager at Salesforce. \u201cI speak with customers about how we use Salesforce internally to engage our employees throughout the employee life cycle.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She meets with them in the <a adhocenable=\"false\" href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/uk\/blog\/2018\/05\/introducing-the-new-salesforce-innovation-centre-in-london.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">London Salesforce Innovation Centre<\/a> (SIC) \u2014 an immersive environment where customers join us to envision their future and learn about how Salesforce can help them drive their digital transformation. In total, our Employee Success team spoke with more than 700 customers around the world last year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m a data geek, and I give customers a behind-the-scenes look at our vast underlying data and Salesforce tools that drive the employee experience,\u201d says Rovina. In other words, she shows how Salesforce uses Salesforce to be successful. Rovina is a People Analytics Consulting Team leader for Salesforce&#8217;s international market. Her team uses data analytics to find and solve business problems for stakeholders within ES, and also in Sales, Customer Success, Real Estate, and even the Board of Directors. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-employee-success-sales-customer-success-real-estate-and-board-of-directors\"><b>Employee Success, Sales, Customer Success, Real Estate and Board of Directors <\/b><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWhat I love about my job is that there isn\u2019t a clear day-to-day; work is project-based and extremely varied,\u201d she says. \u201cI could be analyzing factors behind employee attrition, reviewing sales metrics to research sales success factors, building financial models around long-term real estate strategy or building KPI dashboards in <a adhocenable=\"false\" href=\"https:\/\/www.tableau.com\/solutions\/salesforce\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Tableau<\/a> or <a adhocenable=\"false\" href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/uk\/products\/einstein-analytics\/overview\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Einstein Analytics<\/a>.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In 2017, Rovina moved to London after spending a decade studying and working in the United States. While in the US, she worked in financial valuation &amp; strategy consulting, but wanted to move into the tech industry in an internal consulting capacity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSalesforce is exactly what I was looking for. But, I actually missed being externally facing and wanted to balance out my internal data projects with some level of client interaction &amp; selling. So, I raised my hand and became a certified Employee Success speaker.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And, the experience has taught her a lot about the company, while helping her develop new skills and grow her network.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cParticipating as a SIC speaker has helped me get a better understanding of our products and how our sales teams operate. It has helped me think on my feet and exposed me to senior leadership who attend the SICs.
