I firmly believe that technology should help alleviate the problems faced by small businesses<\/a>, not become part of the problem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As your business scales up its operation and wins new customers, it\u2019s easy to get carried away with winning the next one, and the next one. That\u2019s not a problem, provided you don\u2019t forget to look after the customers you\u2019ve already got<\/a> on board. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The challenge is creating experiences that drive customer loyalty \u2013 and doing it while managing the day-to-day stuff. It isn\u2019t enough for your customer management tools to just meet today\u2019s requirements, as the problems faced by small businesses are always changing, so your CRM<\/a> has to be able to grow and adapt as your business zigs and zags. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this video I discuss how cloud technology can help you face the problems you encounter and master what I call \u201cThe Blowfish Effect\u201d \u2013 basically servicing more customers, and creating more buzz in your market, than your size might suggest. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
