She was at premium Salesforce partner Kerensen Consulting when Salesforce acquired it in 2015.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As Salesforce Morocco&#8217;s country deputy and senior director leading the professional services team within Morocco, Wafaa was the perfect person to share why jobs at Salesforce Morocco are so prized. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSalesforce is a huge company with employees all over the world,\u201d said Wafaa, \u201cso when I joined, I was worried about losing the start-up spirit. And how that balance looks will be different for everyone. For Wafaa it&#8217;s being able to have her son around while she\u2019s working. \u201cSometimes he can be on camera and disturb a meeting, but I still have full support from my management. This flexibility and support is really important for my work\/life balance.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Speaking of having children, jobs at Salesforce come with other <a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/eu\/blog\/2021\/06\/parental-leave-working-dads-salesforce.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">great benefits for parents<\/a>. Paid parental leave means employees are able to leave work to deal with family emergencies. It also covers the time off when employees or their partners have children, which in Morocco is usually three months for the mother and three days for the father. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parents who work at Salesforce are entitled to six months (for the primary caregiver) and three months (for the secondary caregiver). Continuing with the value of equality, it doesn\u2019t have to be the mother who gets the primary caregiver\u2019s six months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-growth-and-ambition-at-salesforce-morocco\"><b>Growth and ambition at Salesforce Morocco<\/b><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Thanks to investment and tripling employee numbers over the last two years, new opportunities developed, even during the pandemic. In fact, the pandemic was a catalyst to invest more. The ability to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/eu\/blog\/2021\/06\/salesforce-netherlands-work-from-anywhere.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">work from anywhere<\/a> was important, and Salesforce was able to swiftly and successfully adapt. Salesforce Morocco employees were given extra flexibility in terms of materials, equipment, and even a reliable caregiver whenever a little extra support was needed so employees could attend to work matters.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-quote-article\" style=\"\"><div class=\"wp-block-quote-social-wrapper\"><figure class=\"wp-block-quote-article-quote\">\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>We still have that flexibility in terms of time. Salesforce Morocco employs high-quality people who are graduating as engineers. People in Morocco generally speak at least three languages, and the country has the same tech and time zone as places like London, Paris, and Munich.
