We welcome you this HANDS-ON INTERACTIVE session where we'll explain to you how to set up your service organisation and field service team with Field Service Lightning!

We will also serve Lunch on the morning!

We will elaborate on Field Service Lightning, a radically new approach to field service for today’s connected world - connecting your field service agents and customers in a whole new way and transform the complete customer experience.

Field Service Lightning lets you connect your entire workforce on one platform to deliver faster and smarter on-site service. Field Service uses algorithms to help schedule field visits, travel time between locations and any other business rules - and then makes accurate time recommendations. Automatic assignment can also be done based on Field Service Technician skill-set and availability. Field Service Technicians can use the Salesforce1 mobile app to instantly access all the information they need to complete the job.

Who should attend?
Salesforce Admins, Project Managers, System and Process Owners, or Team Leaders that are knowledgeable in the Salesforce environment and that have experience in configuring and working in Salesforce.

Please bring your laptop to participate in the hands-on exercises. Prior to the workshop we ask everyone to have a development environment set up. Please see separate instructions upon registration.
