DataFam Europe is a new Tableau event celebrating the expertise and vibrancy of our EMEA community. It’s a two-day event filled with 30+ sessions, hands-on trainings, Tableau DataFam Slam, and our DataFam Reception.
DataFam Europe celebrates our regional community, bringing people together to learn, connect, and get inspired. This unique event will bring to life the power of Tableau and the DataFam by showcasing the expertise of our community, including our incredible DataDevs, with Tableau announcements and connection opportunities.

Registration
Register by October 28, 2024, to save £100 off your Full Conference pass for DataFam Europe in London.
Click the Register button on the top right of this page to begin the registration process. You will need to create an account to register. This account will give you access to your registration details, recommended sessions, agenda builder, and so much more.
If you created an account for a previous Salesforce event, use that same email and password in the login box. If needed, select Forgot Password to trigger a reset. Note: This is separate from your Tableau.com or Salesforce.com credentials.
From there, you’ll provide a few additional details, select your conference pass, and then you’re on your way to experience DataFam Europe in London.

The DataFam Europe pass is valid 11–12 November 2024. It includes access to keynote, sessions, hands-on trainings, the Tableau DataFam Slam, networking, and fun with data and Tableau experts.
It also includes the DataFam Europe Reception as well as daily morning and afternoon breaks and lunch.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the DataFam Europe Help Desk at DataFamEurope@salesforce.com. For a full refund of the event registration fees, cancellation notices must be received by Thursday, 10 October 2024, 23:59:59 GMT. Cancellation notices received between 00:00 GMT on Friday, 11 October 2024, and 23:59:59 GMT on Friday, 26 October 2024, will be processed at 50% of the event registration fees. No refunds will be processed for cancellation notices received after 00:00 GMT on Saturday, 27 October 2024.
Substitution requests will be processed free of charge if submitted by 23:59:59 GMT on Friday, 26 October 2024.

Substitution requests after 00:00 GMT on Saturday, 27 October 2024 are subject to a £75 transaction fee. These terms also apply to the registration fees for all classes and events offered as part of DataFam Europe 2024.

Sessions
Keynote: Latest product innovations and the biggest announcements from Tableau with live demos, luminaries, and stories of customer success.
Sessions: Detailed 30-minute and 45-minute presentations covering a particular product, feature, or topic.
Hands-on Training: Community and expert-led training or activity to learn a product or skill. Bring your own laptop (BYOL).

Agenda Builder allows registered attendees to view sessions by date and time to help plan out your time at DataFam Europe. Attendees can add a session to their agenda and favorite sessions they are interested in. All sessions are first come, first seated.

No. Adding a session to your agenda allows the attendee to add it to your calendar, while favouriting allows you to keep all sessions you are interested in grouped together.

Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all DataFam Europe attendees is our top priority. We’re partnering with local authorities and city organizations to ensure a secure and pleasant experience for everyone involved.
If you feel sick or show ANY signs or symptoms of COVID-19, please do not attend DataFam Europe and other associated meetings or events. We encourage you to monitor your health and check in with your healthcare provider as needed.

Sancroft St. Paul’s has partnered with select hotels to offer exclusive rates. You can find these hotels here. There is no event room block of reserved hotel rooms. We recommend you book accomodations early for the best selection.

London weather in November is cold and often wet, with temperatures typically between 9 - 12 degrees Celsius. Indoor conference locations are comfortable. Please pack layers with rain gear and check weather.com before you travel.
The nearest airport to St. Paul’s Cathedral is London City (LCY) Airport, which is 11 kilometers away. Other nearby airports include London Heathrow (LHR) (25 km), London Gatwick (LGW) (40 km), London Luton (LTN) (45 km), and London Stansted (STN) (49 km).
You can request an invitation letter to accompany your visa application to attend DataFam Europe during the registration process by emailing datafameurope@salesforce.com. Your registration must be paid in full before your letter of invitation can be issued.
Please note that requesting a visa invitation letter does not guarantee that your local authorities will grant a visa to attend DataFam Europe. Additionally, you are responsible for submitting your visa application to your local embassy/consulate; conference management will not submit it on your behalf. All requests are subject to review and approval. Please allow up to 10 business days for requests to be reviewed.
