Nicole Sult, Director of Customer Experience, Lippert Components

As Director of Customer Service for Lippert Components, Nicole leads customer service teams that serve a wide variety of customer segments in a growing RV and marine aftermarket arena. These teams support customer inquiries, including technical support, product fit and finish, service and aftermarket parts sourcing, third-party insurance administration, and national service support for field service divisions.

Nicole specializes in turning disjointed contact centers and service businesses into highly efficient and employee-engaged teams. She credits Salesforce as a key tool in accelerating the turnaround mission by promoting doubled efficiency gains within two years of implementation.

Nicole is the 2017 Salesforce Trailblazer Award Winner for Growth and serves on the Customer Advisory Board for Service Cloud. She and her husband are avid travelers and budding kayakers. She enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her dog, Pinot.


Julie O’Donnell, Director of Client Services, TimeTrade Services

Julie grew up in a small town in Massachusetts, where she still lives with her three teenage daughters and two dogs. After working as an integration engineer at Hewlett Packard and compiling her own web browsers, she made a move into the world of technical support at Rational Software and loved it. Five years, two roller hockey trophies, and a set of twins later, she bolted when IBM took over. After taking a break to raise kids, tossing one more into the mix, she ventured back to work doing medical billing and computer support for her sister-in-law’s medical practice. After learning the horrors of the American insurance system, she jumped back into technical support at TimeTrade in early 2012. Julie loves problem solving, playing hacky sack with her team at work, doing ridiculously expensive wooden jigsaw puzzles in the winter with a great glass of wine, and building things outside all summer.

Nicole Granucci, Senior Director, Product Marketing, Salesforce Service Cloud

Nicole Granucci leads Trailblazer Community programs for Service Cloud product marketing, where she focuses on customer community engagement and driving end user adoption. Nicole has over 20 years of marketing experience, specializing in CRM, community, loyalty, and advocacy marketing for B2B and B2C organizations. Nicole has led contact center training and operations for Visa and DirecTV and was the Head of Global Customer Marketing at Genesys. Nicole has a passion for CX and technology and holds six patents for her innovative work at Visa. A San Francisco native, Nicole has an MBA from the University of San Francisco, and currently resides in the city with her family.
