Event Information

Salesforce Agentforce World Tour is a global event series taking place in person in leading cities around the world. Attendees will experience the latest Salesforce innovations, connect with experts, and network with local industry peers.

The full-day free event will include a main keynote, customer panel, demos, and a networking reception. You’ll learn how Salesforce is the only platform that brings together humans, agents, apps, and data. Don’t miss out — register for Agentforce World Tour Boston today.

Yes. Salesforce has unified logins across all events and platforms. Going forward, you'll need to use a Trailblazer account to register for events, access Salesforce+, build your agenda, and more.


If you attended a Salesforce event prior to May 2025, your previous login (email and password) will still work for that event only. For all future events, including Dreamforce 2025, you'll need to create or log in with a Trailblazer account, which connects you across the full Salesforce ecosystem.

Session Information

There will be 70+ sessions available at Agentforce World Tour Boston, across a variety of session types, including:

Main Keynote
The latest product innovations and the biggest announcements from Salesforce with live demos, experts, and stories of customer success.

Breakouts
Deep-dive 30-minute presentations into a particular product, feature, or topic.

Theaters
Quick 20-minute introductory and informative sessions on a specific topic. Can be tips and tricks or how-to presentations.

Hands-on Trainings
Expert-led trainings to learn a product or skill. These sessions will require you to bring your own device.

Roundtables
45-minute gatherings of like-minded attendees to discuss a particular topic. Opportunity to network and share best practices and common challenges facing the Salesforce community. Moderated by an expert at each table.

Workshops
Expert-led 45-minute interactive sessions to learn a product or skill. The workshop description will let you know if computers are provided or if you need to bring your own device.

Community Networking
Connect with peers, community leaders, and Salesforce experts in 45-minute open discussions. Share resources, explore customer success, and gain practical career insights that help you build skills and take the next step in your Salesforce journey.

We’re excited to offer hands-on trainings at Agentforce World Tour Boston, focused on Agentforce. The sessions are 60 minutes each, with multiple time slots available during the event, and guided by Salesforce product experts to help you learn about the latest innovations.

These sessions are intended for attendees eager to get hands-on experience with the latest innovations from Salesforce.

The hands-on trainings are first come, first served. Please note that favoriting the hands-on training session does not save your spot. There will be multiple time slots, so please check back throughout the day if the first session is full.

All you need to participate in these hands-on trainings is your fully charged laptop.

Accessibility

Yes. We welcome you and your service animal throughout the event. Owners must take full responsibility for their animals. Animals can relieve themselves outside anywhere around the venue. The owner is responsible for cleaning up after the animal and disposing of waste properly.

The Hynes has a limited number of wheelchairs available for attendees, free of charge on a first-come first-served basis. A form of ID is required to sign out a wheelchair.

Assisted listening services must be requested in advance. We recommend you submit a request for this before the event. We will do our best to accommodate requests on short notice. 

If you have already registered, please log in to your account and select “Update attendee profile” to edit your preferences. Indicate “yes” that you need accessibility accommodations and specify your request. A member of our team will contact you to discuss your specific requirements.

For individuals with disabilities and/or medical conditions, whether they are recovering from injuries, illnesses, or surgeries, we are dedicated to ensuring your experience is as comfortable and accessible as possible. Please specify any accommodations you may require on the registration form, and a member of our team will personally reach out to gather more details and ensure we can accommodate your needs. We ask that you provide accommodation requests at least two weeks in advance. 

You can email the Disability Help Desk at DisabilityHelpDesk@Salesforce.com to chat with a dedicated accessibility manager. We can answer questions, provide information, and assist you in determining if further accommodations are necessary.

Yes, the event is accessible.

The Hynes Center provides the following accessibility accommodations: 

  • Sidewalk ramps at entrances
  • Elevators throughout the building
  • Accessible restrooms
  • All meeting rooms, theaters, and bathrooms are accessible.

Accessible seats are available on first-come first-serve basis in all sessions, including keynote and breakout sessions. Go directly to the room ambassador and inform them you require an accessible seat. They will assist you in finding the accessible seating areas near the front if one is available.

English captions will be provided on screens for all keynotes.

Requests for sign language interpreters must be made at least two weeks prior to Agentforce World Tour Boston 2026 through the registration form.

All buildings are fully accessible, including entries, seating, stages, low-friction turf, and low-height surfaces.

Every restroom in the Hynes Center has an accessible stall, with at least one restroom on every level. Signage helps with wayfinding, and ambassadors can assist in locating the nearest restroom.

Outlets are accessible throughout the venue for recharging mobility devices.

We will have accessible-height counters at Badge Pickup. There will be signs directing you through the line to the necessary desk. Please connect with a Trailguide if you have any questions.

Onsite Information

Registration is located in Hynes Convention Center, Hall C. Registration (badge pickup) hours of operation are as follows:

  • Tuesday, June 23: 3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. EST (no access to event)
  • Wednesday, June 24: 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. EST 

If you opted-in for Digital Pass, by uploading a photo during registration, please make your way to the Express Badge Pickup with Digital Pass counters. If you'd like to opt-in, log in and provide a selfie.

Reminder: Be sure to have your government-issued photo ID with you; it will be required to pick up your badge.

Digital Pass, powered by Wicket, utilises facial authentication to expedite check-in at Agentforce World Tour Boston. It's easy, simple, and 3x faster than General Badge Pickup. When checking in, follow the Express Badge Pickup lanes and an iPad camera will compare you to the reference photo you have submitted to authenticate your identity. And voilà, your badge is ready.

Yes! There is a complimentary coat check, bag storage and luggage storage on Level 2 in Room 208. The hours for coat check are 7 am - 6 pm.

Bags or backpacks exceeding 12" x 18" x 6" will not be allowed into Agentforce World Tour Boston 2026. Standard-size backpacks will be fine, but larger bags that exceed this must be checked at our Coat and Bag Check prior to entrance. All bags are subject to search.

Yes, a parent’s room is available on Level 2 in Room 209. An ambassador will be stationed at the room with a key for access.

Doors for the Keynote will open at 9:25 a.m. ET for a 10:00 a.m. ET start. The Keynote Room is located on Level 2 in the Auditorium.

Lunch is provided on Level 2 in the Campground starting at 11:00 a.m. ET.

If you need medical help, Hynes Convention find First Aid Room (Next to Salon 108), 

Load In: May 4th-6th - 6:00am - 6:00pm 

Show Day: June 23th - 6:00am - 9:00pm

Load out: June 24th - 6:00am - 6:00pm

In the event of an emergency, call 911 first and then notify the nearest security team member.

Once your selfie is taken for Digital Pass, the picture is immediately converted into a vector file to be used for facial authentication and is stored securely. All files are deleted within 30 days of the event conclusion.

In the event of an emergency, the venue may find it necessary to evacuate the building. Should that become necessary, you should follow these instructions:

  • Remain calm
  • Listen for instructions via the public address system
  • Leave the facility through the nearest exit as instructed
  • Do not take time to retrieve personal property
  • If possible, assist elderly and disabled persons
  • Do not loiter or wait for others
  • Do not try to re-enter the building

We have 2 evacuation locations:

  • Lot 851 (east side of the building)
  • Lot 853 (south side / near Princes’ Blvd)

  • Build and Break Down Phase: they can be accessed by calling (617) 954-2111
  • On Show Day: we will have dedicated medics located in the Public Safety Office across from Pre-function Hall A on the first floor near the Boylston Entrance.

Lost and Found will be located at Registration and Badge Pick Up. After the conference, all unclaimed items will be turned over to the Hynes Convention Center lost and found team. Attendees seeking to claim Lost & Found items after the conference is over should then please call the Hynes Public Safety Command Center at (617) 954-2111.
