Event Information
Salesforce World Tour is a global event series taking place in-person in leading cities around the world, and streaming live on Salesforce+. Attendees will experience the latest Salesforce innovations, connect with experts, and network with local industry peers.
The full-day free event will include a main keynote, sessions, demos, and a networking reception where you’ll learn how CRM + AI + Data + Trust can help you connect with your customers in a whole new way. Don’t miss out — register for World Tour D.C. today.

Session information
There will be 120+ sessions available at Agentforce World Tour D.C, across a variety of session types, including:
Main Keynote
The latest product innovations and the biggest announcements from Salesforce with live demos, experts, and stories of customer success.
Breakouts
A deep-dive 30-minute presentation into a particular product, feature, or topic.
Theaters
A quick 20-minute introductory and informative session on a specific topic. Can be tips and tricks or a how-to presentation.
Hands-on Trainings
Expert-led trainings to learn a product or skill. Sessions may have devices provided, or you may be asked to bring your own device. Check the session abstract to confirm whether a device will be provided.
Roundtables
45-minute gatherings of like-minded attendees to discuss a particular topic. Opportunity to network and share best practices and common challenges facing the Salesforce community. Moderated by an expert at each table.
Workshops
Participate in an expert-led 45-minute interactive session to learn a product or skill. The Workshop description will let you know if computers are provided or if you need to bring your own device.
We’re excited to offer hands-on trainings at Agentforce World Tour D.C., focused on Agentforce. The workshops are 90 minutes each, with multiple time slots available during the event, and guided by Salesforce product experts to help you learn about the latest innovations.
These workshops are intended for administrators and developers eager to learn how to maximize your potential with the latest innovations from Salesforce.
The hands-on trainings are first come, first served. Please note that favoriting the hands-on workshops does not save your spot. There will be multiple time slots, so please check back throughout the day if the first workshop is full.
